The way you will know if you're truly red pilled is if the life you're living reflects the beliefs you hold.

If you say you see the importance of lifting, but fail to lift, even if you're capable of doing so, have you really accepted it as something integral in a mans life?

If you say you understand frame, but lack it when you talk to women, then has the red pill actually changed you life in this respect or was it really just an intellectual ascent?

Most guys will understand red pill concepts, but fail to live by them. Likewise, many men will say they understand scripture, but fail to live by and be transformed by it.

You may be red pilled on the inside, but until it's apparent on the outside, you're never be truly red pilled.

If you have to ask the answer is no.

Don't fret about "arriving" at some sort of higher enlightened state. Do the work, do the reps, learn and put concepts into practice, and focus on growth. You will never reach the summit of self improvement and worldview cohesion in this life, so focus on the process.
