You do not have to live like this. Divorced in your 40s is a sweetheart deal for men. Think about it. With 50/50 custody, you can be with your kids plenty, but when they're with mom, you can go out and do whatever makes you happy.

Have a consult with a divorce attorney to see what a settlement might look like in your area, but you said above that she works. If you two make similar $$ you almost certainly won't get divorce raped. Start documenting all the time you spend with your kids just in case, but listen to your lawyer, get 50/50 joint custody, and get your fucking life back.
