gtfo the internet. i know, i know, I'm on reddit, too. but it's so easy to find an abyss online and stare for hours on end. take a walk somewhere, do an art, read a book, call a friend. i have intense mania sometimes that pushes me to do similar harmful things to myself; I've learned that I have to distract myself until it goes away.

TRP is a symptom not a solution. Figure out what’s triggering you: low self-esteem, jealousy, resentment, lack of job/income/partner/material desires/friends, etc.

Therapists are great to help work through our blocks and self-sabotaging behaviors if you’re not already with one.

And TRP acts like a drug—temporarily self-soothing with painful side effects. So get abstinent and commit to not looking at it for your own mental health. Honor your needs to not do that to yourself. Find an alternative interest/hobby/task to turn to when you get the itch. Call a friend.

Above all, be kind to yourself.

I think some red pill ideas are interesting to read about and get a perspective on, but you do have to be careful with the information you take in. Just know to use the information and apply it in a positive way in your life. This honestly goes with anything on the internet, digest information carefully, don’t fall too deep into the rabbit hole

I know how you feel. I recently made the mistake of reading the comments section on a Two and a Half Men video on YouTube, and they are filled to the brim with Red Pill/MGTOW guys using Alan and Judith as an example of why men should never get married. And all that old anger is coming back. Especially since my anti-marriage thing is one thing I just can't seem to break.
