Due to the new lockdown I fucked up on my routine, going from working out 6 times a week at 7 am to doing jack shit. Resulted in me relapsing badly on gambling and going into isolation.
I had little barricades set up so lost quite a bit, including the funds I reserved for a company I am starting with a friend.
I want to set up more barricades, but I already feel like I FUBAR’ed it at this point, not telling my parents and business partner about the losses.
Feel like I am stuck in old patterns again which I find difficult to get unstuck from.
Do you guys have any actionable advice at this point? I would like to deal with it, but I also want to do it in a way in which I don’t have to play the tormented kid again being stuck in this everlasting addiction.
