I count my calories, follow a pretty structured routine, bust my ass but still haven't gotten much stronger or improved my body comp. My main priority is fat loss (looking to get to 153) so ive got my macros set to 2000 with 40% carbs and protein and the remaining fat. I run an upper lower that has got a good amount of volume. My cardio has really just been daily low intensity work (bike, swim or brisk walk) to increase my NEAT but I'm planning on changing to something a little more intense. 8 hrs of sleep. No alcohol or drugs. What am I doing wrong?
