Good article.

I've been a cultural libertarian since 92 -- way more active in my real behaviors than just online circlejerking.

My main war has been HR departments. As a consultant, I used to fall under their rules. About 2009 or so I renegotiated some contracts to put me outside of their policies in certain areas.

I lost a few customers over it but eventually they all came back. I forced the issue, saying there was absolutely no conceptual reason why I had to follow bad policy written by unhappy spinsters who can't prove their bullshit actually helps the employees.

It was a huge risk financially but in the end it worked out. It also confirms to me that having a payroll job is a prison for men.

Doesn't matter if their liberal or conservative -- the authoritarians are monsters. Won't live under an HOA either. If I want a pink mailbox, I'm putting one up.

This is one of the biggest criticisms that newcomers have of TRP. They argue that we are not open to discussion, too closed minded and dogmatic.

I have seen most counterarguments to the pillars of trp knowledge get decimated only to be reiterated the next time that topic is brought up.

We dont entertain opposing views? Wrong, we destroyed them long ago, you wernt there to see it and we are tired of re-linking and re-hashing the same old arguments we won long ago.

This place needs more mods, more bans and less tolerance toward faggots that have been here for less than a month and are already trying to challenge the foundations of TRP.

Libertarianism promotes individual responsibility. This is what TRP espouses.

Opposite to this thinking is reliance on others, 0 accountability, concerns of 'fairness', and so on, which is essentially liberalism.

People think its just some people on the internet ranting. Nope, It's all part of a much bigger war. A war for the very soul of our western societies has been raging.

In one side you have the BP, the SJW and the authoritarian leftist. All useful idiots fighting for a side they know nothing about. They have no vision or responsibility to see the damage they'll bring to our society, for in their selfish, childish thinking, they're playing into the hands of far bigger evil than we could ever be.

And in the other hand there's us. We have no political identity or discernible face. We are a mass of silenced people that lurks in the shadow. Forever defamed, we are called misogynists, neckbeards and the like.

But we are growing. There is a silent majority of people getting increasingly fed up with the oppression of the feminine imperative, and our numbers are rising. It's not just us on the "manosphere", resistance cells are coming up on all fronts, "Gamergate" in entertainment for instance. More and more battlefronts are being established day by day.

There's a silent and steady narrative shift. For the first time, people are not taking it lying down. New resistance points are being established, even with the complete lies and defamation of MSM, people are soldiering on.

One day I hope we can really bring this evil to it's knees. For the sake of all of us, I hope we do. May history look upon these oppressive days as nothing more than society collectively loosing it's mind temporarily.

Absolutely nothing happens. It's like telling a child no. What is it going to do, cry? Then what? exactly. Such a huge loss of frame to apologize to SJWs in an attempt to seek their approval.

Fascinating article. It helped to ground and connect some of these ideas I had independently observed.

One of the biggest 'ah-has' is that the rise of political correctness, the nanny-state, feminists, SJWs, etc. is actually better categorized as the rise of the 'new Utopians'.

Several philosophers predicted first-wave Utopianism in the form of communism and national socialism in the first-part of the twentieth century. We were sufficiently cowed by the disastrous economic, social, and genetic experiments of a number of regimes from Stalin to Pol Pot, but after the fall of the Soviet Union and the so-called 'end of history' we were lulled into the complacency of democratic liberalism.

And we've been blind ever since, though it's not because reform liberalism/social democracy is flawed as many of us seem to think; we take that view because we fail to see where the new utopians diverge from democratic or liberal ideals.

The modern welfare state piggy-backing liberalism is actually an empirical response - that is, scientific - for it understands that we are all better off if we offer support to those who need it. Ideologically, or at a principled level, the welfare state is justified on the grounds of rational self-interest.

The new Utopians, understanding at least implicitly that liberalism is principled, frame their position as a weighing of harm reduction vs personal freedom. In other words, for example, they can justifiably limit your hate speech toward minorities if doing so reduces the harm they suffer.

At a principled level, there may be a place for this grounded in rational self-interest. But where the new Utopians diverge - and where the linked article agrees - is the influence of identity politics.

Identity politics is anti-individual sentiment disguised as individualism. It is fundamentally non-democratic and corporatist. In other words, who you are as a person is always subject to the whims of the group, and as the goals of the group change - remember, they have no principled basis though their marketing claims otherwise - the individual gets chewed up and spit out.

This is the chief mechanism behind feminists turning on their own, and it is completely inevitable. TRP styles itself as a sexual strategy, but in reality it is a reaction to feminist-oriented identity politics because it understands there is a near invincible layer of bullshit covering our social landscape.

The new Utopians are pushing not for a society where economic problems are solved (communism) or where human nature is corrected (eugenics), but one where the ephemeral, unprincipled interests of the group trump the individual and their rights. Currently, this is feminism operating under the guise of equality, but demanding all sorts of concessions based on their feelings and propensity toward victimhood. The eventual end? Not sure, but I am glad people are starting to become aware.

I went to a fairly liberal law school and I'm remiss to report these tactics are all too successful.

Any sort of political discussion became an echo chamber with the liberals/SJWers seeing who could out liberal one another to the point that it was essentially common place to mock other viewpoints. Meanwhile, people with opposing opinions just kept quiet not wanting to ruffle any feathers. After-all, if I'm a dude I'm not going to piss off a potential plate to score imaginary classroom points, am I?

Libertarianism is a natural progression of redpill ideology, but to follow the rabbit hole down to its conclusion means embracing Anarchism, and this is what truly scares SJWs, because while Libertarians can exist within the current system, anarchists reject all political and social force entirely. It's redpill philosophy condensed into its purest form.

Once you swallow the pill and see the world for how it really is, you cannot then hope to minimise or control government in the hope of taming it. The very existence of government threatens masculinity. Masculinity is about freedom, self-sufficiency, risk, co-operation, respect of boundaries. Government is about removing freedoms, state-dependency, safety nets, coercion, force. It is like a cancerous tumour; you cannot just leave a little bit of it, it is in its nature to expand and to expand a government must take powers away from citizens.

Any intelligent and rational redpiller will eventually connect the dots from feminism, SJWs, cultural-marxism, the media and academia, and come to the only rational conclusion that a man's self-interest is tied to free-markets and the rejection of government.

It's funny you mention how 'women focused' trp is. Even though our teachings say "put your mission first", I didn't know women were said mission. I think this isn't a priority but many redpillers disagree as pages are flooded with 'the mission' in focus. However, these posts seem to be validation disguised as insight, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

It's just a shit test. If the target back-pedals and has to stutter that he isn't a racist, sexist, etc., then he loses the shit test. If the target doubles-down and simply projects a DGAF attitude, then the shit test is won.

I sent a message to an old female school acquaintance (yes, I banged her a couple of times) and she congratulated me on my daughters. I responded that I was disappointed that I was not provided a male son and heir, and that my wife's womb was cursed by God to deny me such. She stated that it's the 2010's, and that I shouldn't be sexist.

My response: Sexist? I'm just trying to say that a little girl's only worth is to serve her Lord-Father by producing political alliances through marriage. In the meantime, they shall be sent to the coal mines in order to justify their expense to me.

I suppose that would be an example of power-talk, since, reading between the lines, I basically stated that I don't give a shit about being called a sexist.
