Introduction

On TRP we talk about Black-Knighting and , at worst, its criticized for being a little douchey. I imagine that we, the alleged gender with the "institutional power" should be able to wield it in black knighting, right? Wrong.

If you want to see some deep institutional power dicking, take a look at female black knighting.

Now, female black-knighting isn't a perfect analog to male black knighting. For example, female "white knights" are practically non-existent. Female black knights do exist. There are angry women who get positive feelings from skewering a guy. The difference is, this skewering can involve the long dick of the law. Its peculiar how women, with so little institutional power have access to so much gendered institutional power, right?

Body

To quote gaylubeoil, black knighting for men is someone who pisses women off for entertainment. This is in contrast to the white-knight, who who stands up for women because he believes that taking a woman's side will result in some sort of tangible benefit. Personal interest is at the center of both of these concepts. But what about women? It's much different.

The common assertion is that men enjoy institutional privilege and that women can't be sexist because they lack institutional power. The overton window in regards to societal care for men is shifted away from protecting men. We're the disposable gender. In fact, women, not men wield institutional power in gender relations. To wit, female white-knighting for men is virtually non-existent, and female black-knighting involves a deep fucking from the long dick of the state.

Over at mensrights there is a rage inducing post involving a man being interrogated by CPS (child protection services) during a custody battle. Here's a man in the middle of custody proceedings, and CPS -on an anonymous tip- charges him with child neglect and inadequate guardianship.

His crimes? Oh, the horror of going to McDonalds with his daughter, having chicken McNuggets, and letting her have sugar-free soda. He also weighed her on a scale for goshs sake. Worse, he even looked up a medication on the internet.

Take a look at this angry fat blob in purple lecture him on the those horrors.

His daugter's BMI is obese. He's trying to manage that. Fat CPS worker, triggered, says that's an appropriate weight. I'm not kidding. Then watch her lecture him on healthy eating habits.

Now watch tubby grimace say "then, my recommendation would be, stop weighing your child.... your actions are inappropriate... its a humiliation. Don't weigh her. Don't weigh her. We are highly recommending you stop weighing her."

The result of this? Deep dicking from the state. From the comments:

The fact that this specious court action against me was effected right in the middle of a custody dispute was no accident, and was timed to affirmatively interfere in that proceeding, so as to prejudice the proceedings against me, and give de facto custody to the mother. It might be noted that this particular charge was eventually overturned, dismissed and sealed on administrative appeal, but only after months of my child being taken away from me during which time I was viewed by all I knew as a suspected child abuser. It might also be noted that it was the second of three cases CPS has, so far, launched against me, all either dismissed or found in my favor.

The gender discrimination was palpable in this CPS agency, who believed their goal was to ensure custody to mothers, and that men are incapable of taking care of their children.

Male black-knighting? Here's one of the top rated posts on TRP for comparison. he has to have video, text evidence, and witnesses to defend himself from a false accusation, and the -gasp- black knighting is to require a female student to be held accountable for -gasp- her actions. He needs video evidence, text evidence, and witnesses, because he cannot count on support from institutional power. Flip the genders, and make that a female teacher. What would her support look like against a male student falsely accusing her of physical assault?
