Haha I think that's Karl Marx brandishing a hammer and sickle. Didn't realize it is a political meme. My first thought was this is shit women say. They want your company, but what they really mean is they want your actual company.

Right. "Hey Engels, how about another round!"
I've heard he also never paid his house servant of whom he had an illegitimate child with.
[–]Cuntfart900016 points17 points18 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And he never took a bath. Just like commies today.
[–]Cyronsan4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Good sir, I am shocked. Shocked! ;)

Marx was also a Jewish political agitator, basically an early communist just like Trotsky and Lenin.
[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Regardless, it's good and original. Nice find. This one will be recirculated for the next 10 years every month or three.
ah, got cha. Yea I knew it was Marx. But not a bad analogy on your part.

marxism is a tenant of feminism
[–]Cyronsan22 points23 points24 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's a horrible tenant, because it doesn't pay the rent.
[–]MoMoney_MoHoes7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
you got me there
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No. Feminism is just another form of Marxism.
Marx spoke about how wonderful it would be for the economy if women stopped staying home to bring up kids and went out to work instead.

Communism is the death of man's ability to innovate, to dream, hell even to eat.
[–]oceanofice[S] 10 points11 points12 points 4 years ago (35 children) | Copy Link
Precisely and that's why I'm an individualist anarchist. But hey at least commies have a bread line!
[–]Schroder88238 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (29 children) | Copy Link
Anarchism is the dumbest possible political position. I implore you to give it some serious thought and reconsider.
[–]alphatok1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (28 children) | Copy Link
For the sake of conversation, why? Why is it stupid to think men are capable of handling their own environment? Are we not incentivized to take care of things in our society? Why would a government be more motivated than us?

Somalia and Mexico’s political platforms are not anarchist like what OP is describing (which is more along the lines of caffeinated Libertarianism).
Somalia’s official system is Communism and Sharia Law, which went about as well as one would expect. Mexico leans pretty hard towards some form of Communism via Trotsky.
[–]TheRandomRGU0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Fascism would be the preferable model;
Yikes, say totalitarianism and we’re getting somewhere.
[–]alphatok-2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Somalia and Mexico, you should be aware of the cultural factors that I think play the main role in why those countries look like they do. I live in trinity county ca, which is probably the most libertarian/anarcho place in the country. We have 6 or 7 police officers for a piece of land the size of Delaware. There are no real laws. I see plenty of people here breaking the law because they can get away with it and it profits them back in the rest of the country, but besides that we get along very very well as a community. With the proper culture (education and respect being the main factors) no state communities can function very efficiently.

[–]alphatok-2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Ehh, do some research on trinity county. With the amount of cartel grows out here, that pretty much happens every week. I'll give you a hint, citizens are well armed and cohesive. Bullies do not get far here.
[–]Schroder88231 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link
I'd be happy to explain it to you after my warband of hired thugs murders your warband of hired thugs.
The real reason is everyone becomes so preoccupied with their individual survival that your civilization never advances beyond the "huts made of crap" stage.
[–]oceanofice[S] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
My dude, you just described the State of which relies on violence and coercion to maintain its funding and its monopoly of goods. For example, if you don't pay taxes you will be thrown in jail. For that reason the state in itself is antithetical to individual liberty. I value liberty over coercion and collectivism. As long as I am not violating the rights of others then I should not be forced into forfeiting my rights to the despotism of the state. I suppose your point is that we need a centralized government to protect private property? However, that's a slippery slope considering if you don't pay your taxes a gang of hired thugs is still coming to take your stuff, but it won't be a spooky gang of anarchists, it will be the government and they are enforcing the state's laws, therefore it's a legal form of theft. Does an arbitrary law make their actions permissible? It's the same thing per se. We could live in a prosperous union if these market arrangements were voluntary and if taxes themselves were voluntary. We wouldn't need to regress back to primitive civilization. If you do not trust an individual to respect individual rights, why then would you trust a centralized government with a monopoly power over the individual?
[–]Schroder88230 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Libertarians LOVE to throw around words like liberty.
Let me tell you this, without taxes, there is no liberty. There is just you, and the pile of human feces that you formed into a hut that you sleep in.
I'm not interested in listening to this drivel. Save it for someone who wants to hear about completely unsustainable and childish political theories that nobody would ever experiment with in a thousand years.
I mean it, miss me with this shit.
[–]alphatok-1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link
Why would you hire a bunch of mercenaries to come kill me? What profit would you gain? My land? Sure I guess, although nobody owns land as it is today, almost always a bank has the controlling interest so how much better is that? To live under the false promise of safety and security while entities above you control everything you can own and do. Theres no motive for a mad max type of world. Sure there are always going to be psychos that commit crime to make a couple bucks. The majority of humanity will not stand for that. Call me an optimist if you like
[–]Schroder88232 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
There are plenty of reasons why. Food, water, women, drugs, money, weapons, buildings, cars. Whatever you might have. Who is going to stop me? You abolished the government and established Anarchy.
You are right, there is no motive for a Mad Max type of world, which is why humanity established governments and civilization. The whole point of telling you that Anarchism is the dumbest possible political position is to prevent Mad Max from becoming a reality.
And if you and the "majority of humanity" banded together to prevent lawlessness, did you not just create an ad hoc government?
Don't you see how quickly Anarchism crumbles with even the smallest amount of critical thinking?
[–]alphatok1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
I am not a real advocate of anarchy, I certainly do not think it is the most efficient way to run a society. However I do think some of the concepts are noteworthy and should be appreciated. Independence on a local level for example. I myself am a libertarian who believes in government being limited to just a few core responsibilities
[–]Schroder88233 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Libertarianism is just one rung higher on the shit ladder than Anarchism is. It's incompatible with democracy and apologetic towards autocracy. Radical decentralization would destroy modern industrial civilization.
To quote Michael Lind: "If libertarianism was a good idea, wouldn't at least one country have tried it? Wouldn't there be at least one country, out of nearly two hundred, with minimal government, free trade, open borders, decriminalized drugs, no welfare state and no public education system? "
John Donahue was quoted as saying: "If political power were radically shifted to local authorities, parochial local interests would predominate at the expense of the whole and that this would exacerbate current problems with collective action."
[–]alphatok1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
How exactly would decentralization destroy our civilization? The problem is there are always snakes in the grass bending the truth to come to power for their own gain. This is government, and every government to some degree. Libertarianism does not neccesarily say no public education or welfare state. It simply does not trust a group of 'elected officials' to be in charge of taking wealth and redistributing it to others with the threat of the military behind it. Look at the waste in every government. It is obvious that system has plenty of room for improvement.
Why not decriminalize drugs? Drug addicts don't care what the law is and all you do is create a margin for seedy criminals to take advantage of. There is the motive for unruly behavior.
Free trade? You mean a system in which authoritarian figures can't impose their own issues into your life and business? No tariffs? Sounds great to me. Men are men and arbitrary lines drawn in the sand do not change that fact. Why should we not be able to produce goods and sell them to any individual on the globe without economic interference?
John Donahue? Yeah, the anti-gun priviledged law professor. He is sure qualified to give an expert opinion on local political authority dynamics 🙄 you may as well just have quoted Guy Fieri on what he thinks of the border wall.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points-1 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
But communism is a type of anarchism.
[–]Cuntfart90007 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
You couldn’t be more wrong if you tried. Communists and socialists want a monolithic all controlling nanny state to control every aspect of their miserable lives, while Anarchists want no state at all. Anarchism is the polar opposite of communism.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
A communistic society, properly understood, is a stateless society.

BAHAHAHAHAHA! Good one!
Tell that to every communist government that has ever existed since the beginning of time! They clearly missed the memo!
But let me guess. That “wasn’t real communism”.

Women will literally chose slavery over freedom if it ensures that she is provided for and protected. The slow decline towards socialism is the direct result of empowering women. How many civilizations need to fall before we learn this lesson?
I agree, but I've also noticed an inherent contradiction in women that lean towards socialism. Generally, they value things like money, makeup, clothes, and a plethora of other materialistic possessions. They drive 70-80 percent of consumer purchasing. My question is any of that possible under socialism? If it isn't then they'd be voting against their self-interests.
[–]Jarin011 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Women don't seem to be capable of thinking long term. Probably because they are completely ruled by their emotions, all they see is what they want right now. They don't seem to care if what they do leads to the collapse of the system they depend on as long as they can have their free shit right now. They are like children demanding treats and refusing to eat their vegetables.

Her company- screaming, complaining, lying, remembering private things to tell her friends, looking for sympathy, breaking things, making a mess, blaming men for everything

But she needs you to stick around to run the company. She wants the dough but she isn’t looking to be held accountable for anything or work a full time job.
