Summary: A collection of musings from another year of RedPill.

I’ve had an interesting 2015. A lot has gone on, a lot hasn’t. However I wanted to share with my brothers what I have learnt that may go a long way to newbs, and perhaps some veterans:

Having a girlfriend is overrated – I’m 28, I’d never tried a proper serious LTR. I did it for 7 months. We were together, we were “exclusive” (I cheated on her constantly) texts everyday, holidays etc. Its shit, and overrated. Like a virgin craving sex, I thought LTR’s were the be all and end alls. I was lifting but I got lazy, I ate out constantly, and got fat. Soon as I dumped my GF I lost 10kg, became leaner, and better for it. Having a GF is overrated. Albeit the wrong one aswell. Finding a unicorn, or a good girl isn’t going to be easy. But I’d rather remain single until I find the closest comparison to one. NEVER EVER EVER EVER SETTLE.

Business is tough – I have had a difficult year financially. I work in publishing online. However I read a book about how it’s an industry worth $500 billion annually, aka digital marketing. Everywhere I look start up ad agencies etc were cropping up out of nowhere. So if I left one company, 3 more will be around to take my business. However never give up, but be sensible. I never outstretched myself, I had major cutbacks, I had hardly any money this year. However were in a strong position and 2016 with a team of companies were working with onboard to go back to where we used to. Business is tough, but keep going yet never outstretch yourself.

Workout smart – I have always been training yet, I don’t have the most amazing body? Why? My lifts were shit. 50kg on Bench. 70kg on DL. I weigh 75kg. So as of June I cute for a few months and lost a over 10kg in weight. Now I’m doing Strong Lifts and just yesterday I benched 90kg and Dead lifted 115kg. I couldn’t believe it. Increase your strength and lift numbers, then adjust your program to your goal. I’ll be doing Strong lifts for 2 more months, then in February I’ll start to cut again and mix it up with some HIIT/Crossfit to get even leaner then before. Which is fucking exciting. Workout smart guys.

Every girl and their mum is on tinder - God bless tinder. Without it, I'd hardly get laid. Some may see it as settling. I see it as striking the iron whilst its hot. From HB9s to 4's and 3's, there are more users on Tinder then ever before. Not to mention Happn, and bumble etc. My theory is simple, shes single, shes cute, she is attracted to me (if she matches), if she meets me shes keen. Whatever happens after that is a bonus. There are some wonderful articles that help get more matches, how to message 3-5 times to get a number, double booking, and essentially you got yourself a couple of plates, or some solid one night stands fellas! Don't bother going to the bar with all the chads and wasting money, energy and time trying to get one number, when literally thousands and I mean thousands of local girls will fuck you from your phone. I'm sure in 2016 some genius will come up with another similar app that will help us get laid.

My Abundance mentality sucks - My last kinda ex/plate fucked me over. She was a 8.5/9 and we were fucking constantly, until I failed her shit test, got emotional, and essentially broke it off with her for caring too much. A user on here said I needed to do a "year of plate spinning" to increase my mentality of abundance. Since doing so, everything is clearer. I have less stress, and I get what I want from several plates on the go. My aim is to have 3-5 solid ones (aka ones that are sweet, reply often, no games) and just enjoy them for a year. I can already see how I care far less, and in fact pass shit tests more often when you see them as a numbers game.

Get rid of useless friends - Depressed at the same pub your mates go to every night to chat bullshit? Have a friend who literally offers you nothing but perhaps their company? Have a pisstaker? A drama queen? A girl you secretly want to fuck but youre orbiting? GET RID OF USELESS FRIENDS. Ok so you don't have many friends as a result. The ones I do, I enjoy! In fact, I have more time to just chill, read, workout, watch movies, or even spin plates! Lifes too fucking short to be around useless people. Get rid. Trust it was hard for me at first, but friends come and go, believe me. This can apply to health. I had friends that smoke, I dont want to, they still do. I'm healthier and feeling better as a result of quitting, but they still do it everyday.

Be Selfish - Thats right. Applies to the above. Its your life. Not your mums, not your mates, not your gfs/wifes its yours. Do whatever you want. However you like. My uncle is the most selfish SOB I've ever seen. I've never seen a happier, more chilled out guy. Guess what? People also respect him for it. If you don't want to do something, go somewhere, see someone. Don't do it.
