Introduction

The Blue Pill mythology is designed to make us all like the Homer Simpson cartoon character who is:

  • Fat

  • Dumb

  • Happy

Body

Let's consider the Happiness of an obese person.

  • What makes the fat person Happy?

If that person is truly obese the odds are they are generally very depressed and often angry and lonely because things aren't going well for them. Food becomes the source of "Happy Feels" and the only intimacy they typically can get in life.

  • For the obese, the very thing that brings Happiness worsens their actual condition.

So what is Happiness then?

If something can work against your best interests that seems like Happiness should be considered a bad thing.

Imagine:

  • Betty : "Did you hear about Johnny?"

  • Tracy : "Oh yeah, I heard he was focused on Happiness."

  • Betty : "That's so sad to hear... he could have been so great."

Obviously we never hear that discussion because women actually are the worst victims of this obsession with Happiness, far more than males, even when they are beta males.

  • In the female world Happiness is the center of their existence.

Are you saying you should be unhappy?

No. Happiness is something associated with the subjective view of reality. When we talk about the Blue Pill Matrix we are talking about manipulation of your mind on an emotional level... it's all based on molding your subjective reality to suit some outside interest. The Blue Pill teaches you what is the Carrot and what is the Stick. The Carrot is the promise of Happiness. The Stick is the fear of abandonment from the herd. To be a "politically correct" beta male you chase after Happiness and Fear not being included.

Conclusion

You can see how this train of thought opens a can of worms which can branch out in a million directions. But Red Pill posts are always short and to the point.

I'll end with what should be your end goal:

Amused Mastery

When you get out of the purely subjective mindset and start to see things from the "big picture" perspective then the subjective becomes funny.

You begin to laugh at the subjective craving for Happiness in others.

Shit Test?

Yeah that's funny... she's trying to test you because she is feeling insecure. It's really not about you, but about her feelz. You mock her insecurity and maybe even induce some dread to make it worse. Power is in this difference between the subjective and the objective.

The Stoic mindset is more powerful.
