What's up guys, I'm surfclimb, your average dirtbag surf and climbing bro who became a sniper. I've been here since this community was small (5,000) and I've noticed a common theme I disagree with.

Controlling a woman

A lot of posts here advocate things like restricting girls night out, no drinking with friends, or some other obscure set of rules that sound downright draconian. There's nothing wrong with having dealbreakers, but having a lot of restrictions or rules leaves you feeling constantly paranoid. Normal people go out with friends and have fun. We bro out with the boys, they go gossip about whatever shit they're on. Who wants to spend an afternoon out with the boys wondering of Susan is getting plowed at the coffee shop because she didn't give you the usual morning text?

You're an independent human, and so is she. No matter who you are or what you do, people have the capacity to cheat. There's nothing even the most suave man can do to retain a girl if she's made up her mind in the moment. You're both people doing your thing. If she cheats, move on and find someone else. It's her loss. It was just your turn in the rotation. But don't worry, there's plenty more out there. Don't let fear of losing one girl cause you all that stress.

Keep doing your own thing, and more importantly, go do some cool shit. A lot of posts advocate being financially and socially successful, but don't forget to throw in some bro out time on top of that. Chill out, pick up a few interesting things you enjoy doing, and have more going on than just work. Don't be the dude who hits 50 and realizes he wasted his youth worrying about stupid things and missed out.
