I remember seeing this when i was blue pilled. I thought it was kind of funny. Now that I'm MGTOW, I find it much funnier :)

Patrice is an ocean of red pill knowledge man. He knew as well as anyone female nature. Sadly I only got onto to him about 18 months ago, when people started to upload full talk show clips of his.
GD genius that left us to soon.

Better Than You, Elephant in the Room and Mr. P were all masterpieces in their own way. Thank goodness for the Opie and Anthony radio clips for extra insight into Patrice's philosophy.

For someone who has never heard of this person. Do you have any links? He seems to be a funny guy.
What happened to him? Did he got married? All of the talk about him seems to be in the past.

Iβd start by searching βopie Anthony patriceβ on YouTube and picking a video around 30 minutes. There are a lot of very long videos (~3 hours + even longer compilations) of his appearances on the Opie and Anthony show, catalogued by number. These can be daunting if youβre not an O&A fan already. Same with βblack Philip showβ. Unrelated, Louis CK went on that show 40 something times and a lot of his appearances there are classic (some related to his wife and divorce, most not).

XM radio came with my car like 8 years ago and i listened to random shit because I worked graveyards. I came across opie and anthony and listened to the opie and anthony channel all night for years at work. Patrice was awesome. I thought they were just some unknowns because none of my friends ever heard of them. I just kept listening and didn't realize how good it was till later on.

Edit: I thought this group was about men being independent, not willing to settle and literally carry a shitty partner, and instead help shift the balance of power by saying enough is enough while being able to reap tangible benefits by not catering their entire lives to that. Your statement is true for some women, maybe even most women, but there are definitely some women that are amazing partners out there that carry their own and welcome independence. I guess I just didn't realize this group became a "all women suck and we're all going to be single forever."

sigh Okay, let's go over this again.
Here is a bowl of m&ms. Half are laced with a deadly painful poison. Many men have insisted they have found the secret of telling which are and aren't poisoned. Most ended in painful deaths.
So who is smarter: the guy who decides to treat all of them as poisoned even though on a factual level he realizes they all aren't or the person who tries their best to identify the safe ones and eat them?
[β]ColorMeOffended31 points32 points33 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Well luckily dating doesn't work like that where once you start, if it's not right, you're screwed and there's no turning back. Some people out there hate the idea of being alone so much that they will overlook things that should clearly tell them to end it.
[β]p0rnpop12 points13 points14 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Well luckily dating doesn't work like that where once you start, if it's not right, you're screwed and there's no turning back.
Depends if she happens to end up pregnant or decides to falsely accuse you of abuse. Once again, not all women will do it, but too many men who thought their SO was different have been ruined.
[β]ColorMeOffended3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
That's true. I found myself in a situation once where a woman tried to trap me. Lied to me and wound up pregnant, but I was lucky enough to play her BS game for a month and got her to end it. It was sad that such a step had to be taken, but it had to be done for a number of reasons

AWALT
[β]ColorMeOffended7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yet some but not all MGTOW. So if we can have such a variance in our behavior, why would women not be able to?
[β]SneakyThrowawaySnek9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
No, AMGTOWALT. Human nature doesn't change. Part of the reason we are MGTOW is because we have realized that our nature has betrayed us. That's why you see the constant stream of guys that go "MGTOW for life!" then find a woman, get involved, go back to their beta nature, get screwed, and come crawling back to MGTOW with their AWALT stories. Defeating human nature is hard for both men and women. We have proclivities that lead to great genetic selection, but also to great sorrow for everyone involved. In my opinion All Men Are Like That just as much as All Women Are Like That.
The differences you're pointing out come from women that are raised in good environments or realize early on that their nature will poison their lives. These women actively go against their nature, often because of deeply held religious belief, to avoid hypergamy and a whole slew of other issues. However, they are just like other women. They have the same desires, fears, and urges.
This is why sometimes previously steady women go haywire. Let me give an example (I apologize for the excessive background, but without background the example makes no sense).
I'm Mormon. We have deeply held religious beliefs that are often seen as insane or unreasonable. We also have a leadership (at local levels) that is selected entirely from members of the congregation. The women's organization (Relief Society) has a president that is selected from the most faithful women in the congregation, and must meet very specific requirements. For example, she must be married and a full tithe payer (gives 10% of her income or her family's income to the church each year). This requires a certain amount of dedication. The bishop of each congregation has similarly stringent requirements.
One of the most common issues in the church is affairs between the relief society president and the bishop. These are both deeply religious people that believe in the sanctity of marriage, but the circumstances in which they work together plays towards the darker side of human nature. Women love being with a powerful man.
I've seen women that have 5 children and have been married for 15 years throw it all away for a quick fling with the bishop.
Edit: clarified some things, fixed some spelling, generally covered up my retardation.

[β]ghebert0013 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You're right...there are SOME women out there that are amazing partners. MGTOW is mainly about going YOUR own way but also about looking at the risk/benefit ratio of pursuing relationships and deciding whether or not looking for a needle in a VERY big haystack is worth your time, money and sanity. Men need to start doing what's best for them and not what society expects them.
You can say "most women aren't going to #MeToo your ass" but that's like saying Russian Roulette is no big deal...there's only one bullet in the chamber. Whether it's the bullet or some woman who would rather see you in jail than own up to her actions...your life is ruined, just in different ways.
More specifically to my statement about a woman's value in a relationship...the majority of women are raised to be sexually liberated "goddesses" that don't know the meaning of what it means to be a person of value. Without sex, they have nothing to offer.

As much as I kind of believe the universe neither punishes nor rewards anything. Sometimes I think there ARE people in this world just like Patrice who just shine too bright to hang around in this world. Steve Irwin, Heath Ledger, Freddie Mercury to name a few. Patrice was a great man and awesome to watch and listen to.
[β]Shimakaze450 points51 points52 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Unfortunately their deaths were all their own fault. Patrice didn't look after his diabetes, Irwin was careless around a dangerous animal, Ledger was a drug addict and Mercury engaged in unsafe sexual liaisons.
[β]Pork_Sword313 points14 points15 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Iβve thought about it all logically and in the end we are all sacs of meat living on earth making our own choices and dealing with the consequences of our actions. As a kid growing up though, these + more people I admired died. As I grew older I understood it clearly as to why. I tend to let my brain wonder and reminiscence leads to this even though logically I already know the real answers as youβve pointed out.
[β]binkerfluid4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Irwin was careless around a lot of dangerous animals but was killed by one that no one honestly thought could kill him. It was like a one in a trillion fluke chance.
[β]Shimakaze44 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Not really, they were filming a doco about the most dangerous animals in the sea. He swam up behind it and the 8ft stingray started stabbing wildly with its tail. It hit Irwin multiple times. Stingrays are no joke, their barb is razor sharp, it would have gone through his chest like paper.
[β]binkerfluid3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Its incredibly rare for someone to be killed by a stingray. I thought he was filming his own thing, deadliest sea creatures or whatever, then was going to film this for something his daughter was working on when he was killed

Him, Bill Hicks, and Robin Harris.
You want to hear some Red Pill shit; listen to Robin Harris' entire "Bebe's Kids" routine. It's an entire spiel about him trying to take out this girl that tricks him into taking her, her kid, and her friend's ghetto-ass crotch-fruit to Disneyland and the shit that goes wrong.
But in the name of all that you believe in, don't watch the animated movie based on the routine...the movie goes all PC and ruins the whole joke.
[β]Global_MGTOW72 points73 points74 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I can't remember if it was Patrice or another comedian, but they asked an audience "other than your vagina, what do you bring into a relationship?". Most of the women didn't have a single answer, the ones that did basically described a dog and we all know women aren't even as close to being as loyal as dogs are.

See, from that question, I would assume that the person asking meant "how would I ensure that the physical aspect of the relationship remains, despite this handicap". Sexual pleasure and the emotional intimacy that can be shared during it is usually important to a lot of people in relationships (unless they are both asexual). Of course that's not the only thing I would bring to a relationship if I was no longer able to have p-in-v sex, but from the context of the question, that could be a valid answer.
