The greatest danger is from female co-workers - they will do anything to either get ahead or to knock you down a peg. As someone in consulting with its up or out mentality, may I humbly offer you the following tips to avoid getting back stabbed (or to minimize the damage of it as it will happen eventually)

try to avoid having women on your teams in the first place. If assigned a woman, give her a make work busy task that is non critical. This removes leverage on you
never close your office door when with a female co-worker - make sure its a well known policy of yours and there are no exceptions. Oh - a female coworkers granny is sick and she needs to cry - no the door stays open but no worries - no one will think less of you when you cry.
go to the dollar store and get a cheap digital recorder - keep it in the desk at all times. If you want to splurge, you can get one that will data dump via wi-fi to your desktop and then to your home computer at the end of the day. But whenever you have someone come in to talk to you about anything - record it.
try to ensure a paper trail summarizing your conversation with a co-worker after it happened. At the end of the email, have a line saying please email me if the details of this email are inaccurate or if there is something missing.
paradox alert - try to get a female mentor - usually older females that are gruff - male mentors will throw you under the bus in a second if they need to virtue signal. Mother bear bosses tend not to do this, and see any attacks on their protege as an attack on them. Exploit this

In general , when people get off of rape charges or what have you, its because they had evidence to at least make firing them expensive for the companies. Is it legal to record convos, who cares? Its better to ask forgiveness than for permission and having a recording often makes HR dept fear about bad PR.

I hate to say this because it's essentially admitting "I don't want to play this game anymore," but this #MeToo trend and the high profile accusations flying around has made me less interested in women than I ever thought possible. The moral of the story is do not hire hot women or even decent looking women if there is a qualified ugly woman to do the same job. It's amazing how fast the "business world" adapts and responds in a weird way to all the sexual harassment claims that big companies have faced in the last few months.

It’s important to keep in mind that these guys got in deep shit not because they hit on women. They got in deep shit because they were completely insane in their approach. It doesn’t take any TRP or seduction theory to know that you shouldn’t jerk off, grope, or get naked in front of women right off the bat.

I’ve read in this subreddit and elsewhere that these events will lead to the end of game as we know it, but that’s an exaggeration. What all these guys have in common is that they are ugly, have no game, and relied solely on status and bullish behavior to get women. So far there has been no evidence that you’ll get in trouble by hitting on women like a descent person.

Question: is this overblown? This article [https://archive.fo/bRoH1] states that reported harassment on one survey (over a 12 month period) was less than 4% and that was way down from 2002. Author makes the point that there is no harassment epidemic. Including Matt Lauer, about 50 men have been accused in entertainment, media and politics - a fair number, but not overwhelming. And each man was brought down either by someone with a grudge (and previously disclosed accusations), or by the press. I have not seen evidence in my industry of mass false (or true) reporting of harassment or people getting fired. Has anyone else?

Lmr is healthy and natural. Responding with "we can do whatever you're comfortable with" or "I don't want you to do anything that you don't wanna do" is the only frame to have in this situation.

When you initiate kino start with hand holding, if she likes this, give her hand a little squeeze, if she squeezes back, move to the knee or the shoulder. If she is responding, lean in gently for a kiss. If at any stage she withdraws, treat it exactly like OP suggests for LMR, withdraw attention, try one more hand hold. If she doesn’t respond very keenly, GTFO of there. End the date, delete her number, you cannot negotiate attraction. No one ever got accused of “inappropriately holding hands”. Even the leftard MSM is not going to be able to spin that as harassment.

Cmon guys. I went 7 years without having sex. Did I want sex? Yes. Did I get arrested for sexual assault or make irrational decisions because I was in some sort of fictitious sexual debt? No. Regardless of your opinions of the facts of the cases (I disagree with some of the things I hear as well), not having sex doesn’t mean you make irrational choices, unless your weak.

I was arguably more successful in my career, my fitness, my sports, and my hobbies back then as compared to know where sex comes easier.

Stop using “back up” as a crutch to making bad decisions as if you need sex in order to do something with your life. It’s pathetic. Stop being weak minded, shells of men and blaming it on sex.

If they accuse you let them talk and say nothing.

For example say she accuses you of assaulting her at the company Christmas party and you weren't even there. Your temptation is to respond immediately with your evidence to shut it down. That gives her a chance to correct herself and say she got the date wrong but she's sure it happened. Instead let her keep talking and adding details, "I remember he was wearing a Santa hat and he kept doing his Bing Crosby impression.". The more details she adds the further she digs herself in on a story that you will show later to be a lie.

Also, get a lawyer as soon as she makes the accusation.

Lawyer here to ease your minds a bit. It may seem super prevalent with everything going on in the media, but only around 2% of all rape accusations are determined to be false, which is about the same percentage as false claims about all other felonies. Unless you have done something reprehensible in the past or crossed boundaries you know you shouldn't have, most of this anxiety surrounding false accusations is unfounded. (Law enforcement officers will tell you the same, most of the time where there is smoke there is fire.)
