My observations (28 years old):

Single women approaching the wall are pretty desperate in general.
Girls in ltr's that are approaching the wall have a serious case of wandering eye. I'll catch people's girlfriends eye fucking me all the time. They're just anxious to know whether they're still hot or if they already smacked the pavement headfirst.

Well we know girls don't tend to view things long term. If you were a pretty decent average guy in high school and college, you will struggle with women (that are good looking).

However, when you get older, you will most likely (and you bastards should) have more money, a better job, more status, ect...

I wholeheartedly agree, as a young man I was never lacking in the face department but I was just skinny due to an Auto-Immune disease. Women at 29 are hitting the wall? I was under the impression the wall was around 35ish. Late twenties simply separates those who take care of themselves versus those who relied on the beauty of youth and let themselves go.

In my experience, mid to late twenties is the target range. That's when a girl becomes a woman and tends to grow into her sexuality. That's when they go from "hot" to "sexy" and actually know how to have fun in bed. Before that, they just look good and let you do whatever, but don't really know much themselves.
