I animated a top all time red pill post - "Ubermensch Mode," and combined it with illimitable man's monk mode ideas.

This is going to be different from my usual animated video posts, as I will be posting the script as well as the link to the video version.

I've been creating these red pill animated videos for some time, and have been working with a few EC's, like Rian Stone and Rollo Tomassi.

For this video, I was working closely with EC (censored), and did my best to cover the most important topics of his post, Ubermensch Mode.

In case anybody is wondering, I do have EC \(censored\) full support to animate his ideas.

If any mods would like to see the uncensored version, I'd be happy to provide it.

THE SCRIPT

Monk-mode, is an easy to understand concept, and, when implemented, will lead, to direct life-long success.

Success, is contingent upon understanding the basics of your pursuit.

A champion boxer - before he learned how to throw combos, was being taught how to breathe, and how to move.

If you don't know what "monk mode" is, then here's a very quick recap:

Monk mode is a noun - it means:

"Mitigating distractions and focusing on introspection, and self-improvement for a given period of time. Working on the body, mind, and soul."

Concept - The Balancing Act

Your life is finite.

The most valuable resource a man has in his arsenal, is his time.

Where a man decides to invest his time, is the difference, between a loser, and a winner.

In order to live an optimized, victorious life, one must balance their time, between winning in real life by testing your skills. Training for the future by building yourself up, and recovering from the past, as in, having fun, relaxing, and giving yourself time to rest.

An unhappy, dissatisfied, and over-worked life is a result of living improperly balanced.

You don't wanna end up like the guy who smokes weed all and does nothing, or how 'bout the guy who lifts 7 days a week, and looks exactly the same as when he started. And lets not forget the man who spends all day working, then complains about not having friends, or girlfriends.

All these guys are examples of unbalanced lives, and I promise, they all result in the same outcomes :

UNHAPPINESS.

The problem they suffer from, is they're unable to properly balance their time! So you know what they do instead? They either bet all their chips at once, on ONE roulette slot, or They let their time waste away until it's dead.

DEAD TIME

Dead Time, is any time not spent growing or recovering.

Wasting time is the worst thing you can do for your development as a human.

You know what me feel GUILTY, when I could be doing something productive, but I waste my time instead.

"A man who respects time, disrespects himself for wasting it.If an ambitious man is productive, he is happy, if he’s not, he isn’t; he doesn’t achieve because he wants to, but rather, because he has to. This is the way his life must be, for if his happiness were not tied to his productivity, his life would not be worth living."

  • The words of Illimitable Man

The winners of this world make sure that their entire day, down to the second, is filled with effective and productive time use. The mediocre, the ignorant, they don't have dreams, they don't have ambitions, they just wander, in a sleep walking daze through life.

Do you wanna be like that? Obviously not, that's why you're here - You're better than that! Don't kill your time.

Here are some examples.

Your workout schedule is Mon/Wed/Fri. Tuesday and Thursday are not wasted days, they're just days you spend recovering and rebuilding muscle. To train on these days is detrimental. This is not dead time.

But, if you begin skipping workout days when you're refreshed and capable of building; That's time that could be useful, literally, dying, in your hands.

Another example, ya just finish a stressful day at work, but you achieved a lot. You get home, turn on netflix and watch 4 hours worth of shows, take a warm bath, and read a book while listening to chill-hop. This is not Dead Time.

You're recovering from the hardships of the day, and taking a breather while healing yourself.

But then the weekend comes around, and you wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Instead, you continue to watch Netflix. That, my friends, is Dead Time, you are not recovering, and what you're doing is not useful.

You're murdering time.

BALANCING YOUR TIME

So, how do you balance your time?

Find what you're good at, and what brings you the most results in your life, then balance your life around those areas and hobbies.

You have to define what activities, YOU think are important and beneficial, to your life, and spend your time doing that.

If you find yourself doing something that doesn't benefit you, then your time is misbalanced and you need to cut that out!

This concept, isn't hard to get.

Your mission now, is to assess your day, and try and realize how much of your time, is really Dead Time, scrolling through facebook or fucking around doing nothing.

I guarantee you it will be too much, and then, you will cut it down, and replace it with what is actually important and productive in your life.

But hey, dont take what I said and become a workaholic!

REST

Rest is very important.

Like I said, proper breaks, and fun, is vital! Let yourself hang out with your friends and talk about dumb shit, goofing off.

Give yourself the freedom to call over that hot girl, and just fuck her brains out!

There is such thing as "working too much."

Every single culture in the world has a concept of a "Day of Rest", a day where you just stop, take a breather and relax for a while.

Use this day of rest as a cheat day, allow yourself to do the shit that you know is bad for you. This is your day to do absolutely nothing, and just shut down.

If you wanna fap, go for it, if you wanna smoke or drink, do so, if you wanna binge netflix or play videogames, go ahead, who cares.

Here's the funny part about this, As long as you keep these indulgences compartmentalized to one day, the urge to indulge on any other day, will diminish. And Eventually, you'll find your day of rest, starts to become more productive.

Lets say, you drink vodka after a long week of work. As time goes on, you'll slowly realize, you don't even really WANT the booze anymore.

Balancing your life, will improve your happiness, and help you realize what your priorities are in your life.

Concept - Building Strengths, While Minimizing Weaknesses

This phrase is simple to understand, and in my opinion the most important, yet it's surrounded by confusion - so let's clarify it right now:

When someone tells you to Build strengths, it means two things:

First, Get better at what you're good at, good at what you're okay at.

Second, put yourself in positions to demonstrate your strengths.

If you're a great writer, become an award winning novelist. . If you're a great painter, get your work into galleries. If you're a lousy cook, develop one dish that's orgasmic, and a few others that are alright.

Your being, is a castle. You want to develop, emphasize, and show off the most beautiful, strongest, impenetrable sections of the castle, while ensuring the rest is, at the very least, up to par, because you're only as strong as your weakest link.

Jack of all trades, master of one. <- Thats your motto.

You're gonna wanna focus MOST of your energy on pursuits you have a natural affinity for - and your remaining energy on improving things you suck at.

This is known as the pareto principal, 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your actions.

If you have five hobbies, and one of those benefits your life in endless ways while the others are just for fun - you know where and how you must balance your time.

But hey, Before you bring guests to your castle, the damn thing's gotta be worth seeing.

That means, Develop and hone your talents in private.

That way, you'll avoid any unnecessary failures. If you're a pianist, you're not gonna wanna practice your song for the first time, in front of a live audience, unless you wanna look like a retard.

Build your skills in private, then take your skills and show them off to the world.

That's stage 2 of "Building Strengths..."

YOU MUST PUT YOURSELF INTO POSITIONS TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR STRENGTHS!

This is so easy, and fun!

Just hang out in places and situations where you excel and are perceived as the leader and alpha. Got an amazing physique? Go to the beach. You're a concert pianist? Play at an airport piano. Be in areas that showcase your skills.

What's the point of being an amazing juggler if you never show anyone you can throw 17 burning knives blindfolded? Sound impressive, but nobody gives a fuck about what they can't see!

It is critical for your development as a man, to demonstrate your skills and strengths, and then succeed in competition and battle.

This is the only way to gain true confidence. The only way you can honestly tell yourself, you have a strength, is if you put it to the test, and win.

As you put yourself out into the world, you'll find challengers & contests, emerge from the woodworks, as if the universe itself were testing your abilities - these challenges are benchmarks you must conquer to continue on in life.

We aint out here trying to build skills that we keep as hidden secrets in the bat cave, talkin all that "as long as I know I'm good, that's all that matters" bullshit - that's some beta male bitch shit. We out here to WIN nigga.

Minimizing Weaknesses

Going back to your castle, you are only as strong as your weakest links.

To minimize your weaknesses, you must do two things:

1st You gotta get okay at you're shit at.

2nd, YOU GOTTA REMOVE YOURSELF FROM SITUATION WHERE YOUR WEAKNESSES ARE EXPOSED!

You don't go around flashing your weak points to your enemies do you? Why would you, unless you're tryna get killed!

If you don't know a damn thing about cars, dont try to fit in with the street racer crowd, and at the very least have a company on file you can call to help you, if you blow out a tire. Now you're not COMPLETELY helpless.

If you can't draw, don't be a tattoo artist

If you aren't strong, dont try to ego lift 500 LB and kill yourself!

IF YOU CANT SING, DO NOT AUDITION FOR AMERICA'S GOT TALENT.

All of that will lead to unneeded, and unhelpful embarrassment and failure. Seriously, only a masochist would do this. Unnecessary failure is not noble.

Remember, your time, is finite. Don't waste your time doing things you suck at.

If you're a terrible cook, you probably won't end up the next chef Ramsay, but I guarantee there's a talent you have, that if Ramsay tried, you'd fucking destroy him.

Which leads us to the conclusion:

BE THE STRONGEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.

Arnold could never be as smart as Neil Tyson, and Neil couldn't reach Arnie's physique even if he tried. In the same notion, you're not like them either, but I guarantee there's something you could do that would completely school them.

Don't be something, or someone, you're not, like the suburban white kid trying to act hood, then goes into the actual hood and gets robbed. He ain't bout that life.

Don't let that be you.

Instead, focus your time on figuring out what you're good at, and place yourself in situations where you excell and demonstrate your strengths and skills.

And With all this time spent developing yourself into the best man you can be, remember to balance your time, and give yourself a chance to rest.

There is nothing wrong with enjoying life.

Get out there and win.
