Past 5-6 months I’ve probably cold approached around 300-400 girls

Things I've learned:

  1. Cougars go for young men because they missed out on hypergamy at a young age. Due to FOMO (Fear of missing out)
  2. Cold approaching women at college parties, Clubs is as easy as ever. I cant remember a time i got rejected once. I simply go up to her ask her whatever vibe i feel from her. They will never be angry or mad at you or turn you off. In fact women are more than willing to give you their snapchat if you ask. Ive learned that rejection comes from them giving you their social media but never opening your stories ONCE. they simply just used you for validation.
  3. Location is very important part in where you cold approach you have a way better success rate @ parties, clubs, and bars but places like the grocery store, shopping, a park will catch a women off guard and she will be creeped out. But when you display high value she then will be interested to hear what else you have to say and honestly its not worth the effort i hate giving girls free validation and attention. my success rate at parties was 9/10. outside of that environment 2-3/10. Las Vegas is probably the easiest place in the world to game and cold approach. Law 4: Always say less than necessary
  4. The cure to stop being a beta (which 85-90% of men in the USA suffer from) is to take action and boost your testosterone by lifting heavy ass weights 4-5x a week. Women are attracted to masculine as men are attracted to feminine women. So do whatever it takes to boost your test (I don't advice steroids or TRT). Eat healthy fats (avocados, grass fed beef, eggs, almonds, etc) lift, lift, lift, avoid soy, stop watching porn, and stop fapping everyday. Its proven fact that your testosterone gets a small boost when you stop fapping for a week. Before TRP i was 60% alpha 40% beta and how i cured my betaness was going to the gym 5-6x a week.   5. As i got more experience it became very very easy to spot out damaged goods, alpha widows, and BPD. These girls are usually the ones with tattoos, wear lots of make up (to hide the insecurities), wear tight clothes and try to reveal as much as possible, the bigger the hoop earning the bigger the hoe, they give you the thousand cock stare, they have piercings outside of their ears, they talk about their exes, they post on social media EVERYDAY. Damage pair bond is real and its affecting the younger generation more than ever and its because everything is become accepted and apps like tinder dont help, Hollywood music artist like Cardi B & Nicki Minaj promote the dominate female and how being a whore is how to get ahead. The divorce rate in the last 10 years is up 60% and its only going to grow higher.
  6. Men SMV doesn't peak till 40. I'm in my mid 20s and i know that if i was in my early 20s i wouldn't be able to have this much success due to my facial features (women like masclinality) so my advice to the young men out here know you are super blessed to discover TRP at a young age. As you see i approach this many women and i dont feel anything special about it. Just like how rich people say money doesnt bring you happiness its the same with women. I didnt find a wife or someone who can raise my kids so i gained nothing out of this. So focus on becoming your best version of yourself, try out monk mode, hit the gym, read as much as you can, learn the stock market and cryptocurrency cycles. When you go out and have fun dont just game girls go out and befriend bros. read as much of the TRP as you can, find a spiritual life, and find balance. Too those who missed out on part 1. This is what I’ve learned from my first 100-150 attempts

  1. About 50-75% of them are in a relationship or married. In my experience It’s almost impossible to run into a hb8-10 that isnt in a relationship/married or has a shit ton of beta orbiters
  2. Women do not cheat as much as trp say they do. A lot of women gave me huge iois but still stay loyal and never caved in (I don’t mess with married women I just shit test them)

To expand on this.

The way modern youth culture has developed, bars/clubs/social venues are the meat markets. Everyone goes there to pick up (partly why it's so unacceptable to have a partner who goes there on the reg). There's tons of social lube in the form of alcohol and a safety net of friends. There's certainly enough to go around for most guys to atleast get a piece of the action.

You simply need to be somewhat sociable. Get jacked, make friends, meet girls and you'll be be coming home with a juicy piece of fillet, or even 3 day old mutton, but it's a start.

Those not having sex are more than likely sitting at home playing xbox and swiping on tinder, in the hopes of avoiding working on their social skills. If you don't like going out, that's fine, but be aware that you're avoiding the meat market, and will have to settle for what scraps get tossed your way, if any.

Youngsters are very socially autistic when it comes to romancing outside of this realm, which makes your mountain to climb all that more difficult.

Quickest, easiest way to meet people is through a hobby of some sort. Gym, mma, golf etc. I've met some of my closest friends that way.

Take a class, learn something new, a language,a skill, that way you already have something in common with the rest of the students/people there. Get chatting to some of them.

You'll almost certainly feel like a tool at first but eventually it becomes easier.

Bars can work too, but slightly tougher for friends.

It's great for women, they'll be most receptive in that environment, but don't limit yourself, cold approach wherever you go.

I strongly advise against going to bars and clubs to make friends, unless you want that lifestyle. A lifestyle which involves drinking too much, maybe drugs, and certainly spending a lot of money and time instead of improving yourself.

Another thing is, regarding hookups, if that's your goal, I would still advise against bars & clubs since you said you're pretty shy and anxious. Sure, you could use liquid courage to make friends and secure hookups, but the downsides I mentioned earlier still apply. Just use Tinder and other apps. You're a good looking guy so you should be able to beat out a lot of the competition on the apps.

Why 100? Normal range is 30-100 ng/mL according to my doctor's office. Granted, that's what they say is "sufficient". They wouldn't be concerned unless someone's above 150. I’m not an expert, but it’s safe to say we don’t really talk about mental illness a ton around here. That’s fine, no big deal - but going on bupropion fixed my energy levels and didn’t leave me feeling like an antidepressant zombie like SSRIs can.

Don’t make the mistake of writing off potential hereditary mental illness. Seeing a psychiatrist to balance brain chemicals (after diet/exercise) is a diabetic needing insulin.

The "range" is made up by taking all men's testosterone - sick, young, old, fat, ripped etc. And then plotting that on a bell curve.

First of all you need breakdown by age...

Second of all tell your doctor to get fucked if he is saying "yes it's low but you're in range"

If you're a mid 20s guy with the equivalent testosterone of a 60 year old you can still be "in range".

Some basic googling will pull up studies with age breakdown but by default labs are NOT done with age being taken into account.

You also want to test free testosterone, albumin and SHBG as these are all important aspects of getting a TRUE picture.

My testosterone was absolutely fucking through the roof... But my SHBG was three times the normal and equivalent to a 70 year old man.

High testosterone according to every doctor except for the fact that SHBG binds it all up and when it's three times higher than what it should be you actually have low free testosterone....

But hey, I was in range!

You don't stop TRT... It's for life.

My SHBG is too high and unless there's some cure to that, then the only option is TRT for life.

TRT is not the same as a cycle... In fact the amount that body builders inject is between 10x to 20x the therapeutic dosage.

What's your SHBG? Free is on the lowish range so that should be where you investigate.

Sometimes it is a vitamin imbalance which you should fix first.

Only in cases where there isn't a therapy and you've tried things like proper diet, exercise and sleep then TRT is an option. It definitely shouldn't be the first solution anyway.

I placed the link for the book I read below. You will find plenty of studies in the book itself, over 30k citations of studies, yes, that is 30k citations. One of them studied healthy 20 somethings in Florida, lifeguards who work in the sun all day. They hovered at around 120. I have nothing to do with this book except I bought it, and did the 100k IU per day thing until I got mine to 120. It needs to be said that this needs to be done with care, and a side dose of Vitamin K. The Vitamin K is essential, and required. A doctor willing to give you blood tests, or access to blood tests is also essential.

In the beginning of the book, the guy goes on about a worldwide conspiracy about Vitamin D3, that could be true, or not, depends on how conspiracy minded you are. For me, I don't really care, I saw it work. At least for me, it did absolute wonders.

Point is I never felt better in my life than when I was in the over 100 range. Circumstances have made me reverse back into the stoneage, but the plan is to get back on track health wise and gym wise in 19. Wish me luck. And spend the four bucks and read that book.

Also, don't believe everything printed about steroids. Get your Vitamin D# above 100, get your testosterone above 900 and then come back here and tell me how you feel.

I'm 56 and wish I new this a lot earlier.

Some things I will add

  • introversion/extroversion and red pill/blue pill are probably things you are born with. You can change some behaviours and skew the odds in your favour

  • working out is on thing you can change. Lots of advice all over

  • I've worked as a teacher and see kids throw away their lives by treating school as a joke. You can make good money as a carpenter or computer programmer, and there are barriers to entry to all jobs. I even had one student denied a job at McDonalds because of bad grades. The government provides free education, use it. Education does not stop age age 20.

  • pay attention to what you wear and I don't mean spending a lot. I worked in consulting for decades, and if you turn up in a suit and tie with a good resume you are likely to get the jobs. Have a look round at the fashion advice sites. People are always watching when you are out in public.

I've just started lifting. I have an ankle issue which means leg days are essentially out for me at the moment. I would love to go to the gym every day, because after I go the next day I am rearing to go but can't because of "rest days." Then after a rest I find it difficult to drag myself to the gym. I don't think the majority of IGH1 and testosterone actually survives the acids in your stomach. However, the massive amounts of estrogen do survive all the stomach acids. A cow has around 1,000 times the amount of estrogen as a human female and a lot of that estrogen gets into the milk. I think milk is mostly harmful to testosterone production.

The reason for all the speculative hype and kids driving in lambo's within the cryptocurrency space, is that these currencies run on decentralised, trustless, borderless, immutable and permissionless networks.

Ripple (XRP) is none of the above. Validation of transactions is done by federated nodes, which means that it's controlled centrally and loses all of the interesting characteristics of a cryptocurrency.

The fact that it's currently the #2 cryptocurrency by marketcap shows you how irrational the market is today.

Now you can invest on it and hope to make some quick bucks, but if you are making long term investments I would go for a project that is actually decentralised and preferably has smart contract capabilities.

Do your own research and don't invest in the pets.com of cryptocurrencies.

I'm a 21 year old guy and a lot of girls I know are in their early 20's too, the majority of them would definitely not go for a 40 year old over the 20 year old. They all get creeped out by 40 year old dudes approaching them in clubs.

The average 40 year old guy is not in shape. He's balding, overweight and stuck in a dead end job he doesn't like. The Mad Men CEO type isn't the average, that's the exception: the rarity.

I just started injecting myself. Running a mild test cycle. Nothing heavy but still above TRT level. Honestly my mood and energy isn’t really boosted much. Getting muscle gains tho so I know it’s working on some level. What other component could be causing my mood and energy to remain around where it was during my natty baseline? Estrogen? No porn or substances, meditate, embrace IDGAF mentality, get plenty of sleep, get a gallon of water a day, and EAT IN A CALORIC SURPLUS! This is essential to recover which will prevent overtraining and CNS overload.

When specifically did you start your cycle? It could be that you were overtraining and your body is still recovering from the CNS overload. Overtraining and CNS overload is directly linked with depression and low energy/lethargy. Your cycle should fix this quickly due to increased recovery but you mentioned you just started it.

That’s probably something to do with it, the CNS. But I think it’s more due to insufficient caloric intake. I took some time off test boosters and downshifted to like 2x a week at the gym for a few weeks prior to starting my cycle. So I don’t think it’s from overtraining leading into the cycle. Also crashed my estro for the first month of the cycle so barely worked out then.

But for some reason I’m just not hungry, even when my body needs food. Like the appetite doesn’t kick in when it’s supposed to sometimes. And I think this has caused slower gains and CNS taxation. I know I’ve taxed it over the long run from lots of heavy workouts, pre workouts, emotional stress, etc. I get bags under my eyes that seem premature now even tho I’m otherwise in great shape and extremely strong.

I just thought once I started the test cycle it would give me a mood and energy boost but frankly I feel normal. Even a bit more lethargic and apathetic. But again that could be due to winter and estrogen slightly out of range. Urge to fap is pretty tame.

Also get lower back pain at the end of heavy exercise and physical activity. Don’t know if this is another clue to you but to me it suggests CNS fatigue. It’s definitely not from exessive sexual activity.

Well I’ve been lethargic and kind of apathetic lately, even on cycle which has been majorly disappointing. I thought being on cycle was supposed to give you some kick. Haven’t worked out more than 3x per week and have slept a ton. It’s gotta be too little food. Although I’ve also read the pain can be back pumps from the juice.
