TLDR: Had a conversation with a buddy of mine and sort of realized how important learning to game women is, and was, for me in every kind of environment, not just to get sex.

Body: Yesterday I asked a friend of mine (married guy, with 2 kids and a pretty Alpha dude overall) why did he still lift even if he was already married and with kids.

I was expecting him to answer something along the lines of dread-game and to keep his wife attracted to him after years of marriage. But instead he said: "To be intimidating in the work environment, to intimidate other men".

He didn't said it with these exact words, I'm not a native english speaker and I'm making a rough translation of what he said.

But this reasonated with me. I remembered a post I read here in TRP about the male hierarchy and it being the only hierarchy that really matters. And it is totally true.

The process of making yourself more attractive to women is the same process of growing in the male hierarchy.

Women are a consequence of your new position. As you get stronger, more attractive, more socially experienced, more confident... You become more of a man.

Lessons learned: I don't really know what is the lesson here, I guess just another way to see the path of self improvement and to maybe motivate you to keep going.
