I've just watched this video and I must say I'm flabbergasted. The video shows men who name a celebrity they would like to look like and later they have their photos photoshopped to look like those celebrities.

What reaction would you normally expect? If I saw myself with a body of Ronaldo it would be something like: 'Shit, I need to put in more work to look like this.' But not those betas.

The first one goes:

'Looking at this photo now I feel I should look like this. Like... Should I not be ok with my body?'

No sweetie, this photo is all lies. It's an ideal you can't achieve. You're perfectly fine just the way you are.

The third guy... I just lost my shit. Hilarious.

I look strong as fuck. This is terrifing. I don't like that at all. No one wants to be friends with this guy. Nervously laughs He looks like a jerk... Laughs

Sure nobody wants to be friends with Ronaldo. Would be a shame to be seen with him.

Lessons learned:

Anyways, I posted it here for two reasons:

  1. You guys can get a good laugh watching the video
  2. I think it's crucial for us to understand that we don't really have competition. In two, maybe three years time you can go from SMV hell to a really decent level. Because others are not even trying. The majority of men population is shit nowadays. They get a fucking tengible picture of what they could be and still they don't react. They don't want to be saved. They don't want to be woken up. This is our competition.
