As someone who doesn’t have “low T”, (I have had a blood test 2 times a year for the last 6/7 years... my levels have gone from 650 when I started blood testing at 25 years old, to 400 now that I am in my early 30’s) but is in their early 30’s, I am thinking of finally starting TRT. I plan to go through the proper channels, get a script, and remain monitored by a doctor throughout.

I have been lifting for 13 years, am fit, and have maintained a healthy lifestyle my entire life. I haven’t drank alcohol but a few times the past 3 years, and only slightly drank in my early 20’s. Never taken SARMS, or any test, and haven’t done any drugs. Maintained a really great diet throughout life.

I want to start TRT for many reasons, but ultimately to improve my life overall. I have done tons of research and believe I am responsible/disciplined enough to take it on. My goal is to get my levels to the 700-800 range and keep them there. From what I have read, I’m unlikely to do too much damage if so.

What’s your experience? Any regrets? Any worries or fears that you’re damaging yourself in some way? What’s changed positively or negatively for you?
