I discovered the concept of mental fallacies, some common mindset that is destructive and is harmful towards one's goal. I discovered two. One is the Loss Aversion mindset, a mental habit of fearing of losing something, because the feeling of losing something is 2 times more intense than gaining something (no science to back this up, although loss is an intense emotion), and Two is endowment effect which is the idea that you value something more just because you own it(which in turn, makes you more afraid of losing it)

Both of these are contributors to the oneitis disease. They are emotional reactions, emotional habits, a system that MIGHT have an evolutionary purpose in the prehistoric and early humans days. As with all emotions, they are merely signals, there can be false signals, they are not messenger of facts.

What are some other mental fallacies that i should avoid?
