I’m taking a course to become a personal trainer. I’ve been lifting for 4 years and I’m now learning stuff which honestly sounds like broscience, or sounds like it’s not really relevant to the final outcome.
Like they talk a lot about supplements and their importance. I’ve never really took supplements and consider having a better physique than many people that do.
What I’m understanding is that personal training is just like sales. You have to sell and make people believe that what you say is true and will make the outcome better.
What do you think? Is it worth believing all they say or just nod agree and do whatever the fuck you were going to do anyways?
