I lift, meditate, read, play and create piano music, work and learn programming just about everyday trying to both improve my SMV and create a bright future for myself.

However, after every day I find myself playing video games and listening to TRP podcast which winds me down. I know TRP usually advocates staying away from video games so I was curious as to what you guys do to unwind from a long day of becoming better men?
