General protocol is that you don't do anything with anyone on that day.

In the end, regardless of what types of relationships you have, it has to be YOUR frame.

If you're doing it because that is what is expected of you, then you're entering her frame. Fail.

There are too many variables to give a blanket answer, other than whatever it is, it's got to be your frame. Even if that is just going no-contact because none of those bitches have earned something special yet.

Personally, I view my spending time with a girl on holidays or special gatherings as a reward for her good behavior. I only do it if she's earned it. Then it comes out as a natural act from me, and I enjoy it.

Having said that, the best Valentine's day I ever had, was a good friend and I hung out, had a nice meal, then went to a strip club. Waaay better than anything I could do with a girl, especially if it was on a girl's terms. Just two dudes chilling and having a good time.

Try not doing anything special and watch how crazy they get. Additionally watch how they won't do anything for you either.

Most women think of Valentine's Day as "worship me" day, and not "this is about OUR relationship, I want to do something nice FOR HIM and I hope he does something nice for me".
