List literally any practice that you adhere to in the hopes of bettering the physical or mental state of your body, regardless of how mundane or controversial: Strength exercise, HIIT, taking hormones, supplements, avoiding certain types of foods, tanning, avoiding BPA or plastics, water filtration, avoiding teflon or other cookware, nootropics, scar fading, and literally anything else you can think of.
