RedPillWomen allows users to make their own custom flairs. This allows everyone to know at a glance who they're conversing with, and adjust/interpret the advice they're giving/receiving.

Your gender and relationship status are indicated by the color. The text should give your age and relationship details.

Feel free to obscure specifics to preserve your anonymity, and don't announce that you did so in your thread. You can say you're 23, or early 20s, or ~25, or 20s. Some users prefer not to specify an age at all. It's not mandatory, but the person most affected is you because this really helps calibrate the advice.

The text should be brief and descriptive. The pipe character makes a good divider for the flair's format. Some good examples: (27 | Engaged) (30s | Married 9 yrs 2 kids) (Early 20s | Monk Mode)

Feel free to be a little creative with your flair text. Favorite examples include (Married to Mr. Man) and (Alpha Raised) However, don't impact the page layout with unnecessary length, nor get carried away with novelty flairs like on PurplePillDebate. No graphics please.

It's also okay to select the correct color flair with brief text, like Female relationship with the text (LTR) or Female single with (Not sure yet). It can be simple, just put something so you have a flair.

Moderators reserve the right to assign flairs to unflaired users, and we do this on a regular basis. Usually it is just basic statistics from the post itself, but sometimes we'll pick an interesting random detail, especially when there's no vital statistics to work with.

If you're not happy with your assigned flair, don't take it personally; just edit it the way you want it to appear. The link to edit your flair is near the top of the sidebar and it takes less than 20 seconds. Don't just delete your assigned flair; another mod is liable to come by and assign another. If you have a complaint or concern about an assigned flair, message the moderators, we welcome the feedback.

Don't forget to flair your posts when you make them. The link is at the bottom of your post. Mods will always immediately flair an unflaired post, and reserve the right to correct misflaired posts.

TL;DR Custom flairs are an easy and helpful feature of RPW. Go ahead and use them!
