The short; What kind of 'moves' do you put on your women during sex that require some muscle (like picking her up, sex on wall, etc... etc...) I know I could lift her up and fuck her, but wouldn't be able to last long in that position before muscle burn.... Do you guys have some 'go to' power move tips during sex you could share?

The stand and carry position is the only position that ever causes me muscle burn and that is after at least 2-3 mins.

Ill drop down into a deep squat to stop the burn and then stand up again.

This is a “pound me” position. Women only like to be pounded hard for so long. Its 50/50 on who gives in first.

Standing 69 is another that causes burn, but normally she gives in first due being upside down for so long.

Standing against the wall? You in a wheelchair bro? If you cant stand against a wall and pin her there and hold her basically forever you ate clearly weak.

In all the women I have fucked, if you can even just pick them up, let alone carry them to the bed, not be gassed they will be dripping to their ankles before they get there.

I think your question was mainly asking what kind of sex positions do other guys here use to make their women weak in the knees.

High level: anything that makes her feel small and dainty. Anything you do that makes her feel like a feather in your arms should make her respect your power and strength.

Think about simple things like picking her up with a smile, doesn’t have to be sex related either.

During sex the move my wife hated and love was the standing sex. If we were on a couch I’d stand up, support her legs with my arms and fuck her til she turned to spaghetti.

Any iso movement like standing and fucking with a 100+lbs hanging off you is going to be a challenge at first, just make sure she doesn’t see you stressing about it or she will feel like a fatty.

No. He’s not going to be bending over backwards to fuck her (hopefully). Not going to help as much as you want. Plus doesn’t incorporate balance work at all (which he’ll need).

Front squats, cleans (without the press) and heavy-weight balance work is what you want.

Bicep work MIGHT help, but with how close she will be to you (on your dick) it’s going to be more about quad and gluteal strength.

I tend to tense my core when I take her from behind and pull her back into me squeezing around her waist or digging into her ass cheeks. I probably never look as tight as when I am doing this. Our bathroom is half covered in mirrors to there are a million angles to see it from.

Standing sex can be a pretty serious strain since the angle is odd but it hits a different zone in her. I'm talking standing up face to face holding one of her legs up. You switch legs when one arm gets tired.
