We live in a culture where the only way to have successful relations with a woman is by committed what's been now categorized as sexual assault followed by rape. The only thing stopping you from going to prison for these two things is the discretion of the woman.

We're in a police-enforced culture where you have to break the rules to be successful, and then leave yourself at the mercy of women not to be arrested.

I think this is a very telling issue, because like it or not, this is the core of the power balance issue. Just because you haven't been arrested doesn't mean you haven't been at risk.
