Thoughts? (self.asktrp)

LTR no longer Christian. Next her?

My LTR of about six months recently told me that she needs to “take a break” from Christianity. Her being a believer was a prerequisite for us getting together. Before we met she hoed around a bit. The body count she told me is lower than mine but I have doubts she was honest. Since we’ve started dating she’s come really far with Christianity and even some redpill/rpw stuff. But now that she’s “taking a break,” and doesn’t seem remorseful, will she go back to being a hoe?

I’m thinking I’ll take time to work on myself and figure out an exit strategy. Also run dread. Recs for how to dread an ENTP 7w8 appreciated. What do you all think—is it time to next her?

Based on this 9 sentence summary of a relationship I have no connection to, and having no idea what kind of Church she goes to or where her faith is at etc. I'd just ask her to explain herself and take it from there.

She seems burnt, anxious and pessimistic about God due to a rigid traditional Church pastor who seems to have gone on about biblical roles in a pretty ugly way. This sort of hurt does not go away easily and often leads to increased anxiety, drifting and eventually walking away altogether.

I was with a girl who wasn't very Christian, but certainly convinced of Jesus. I sent her Paul Scanlon's IG and recommended she read John and now she is on the right track, even though we have gone our separate ways. Some girls are just not going to go rpc in the way we want, when we want. I felt with that girl, the best pathway was to recommend a teacher who is someone I find very healing, accessible and easy to listen to. Then see where that takes her.

Fast Forward a month and I was surprised when I spoke to her that she was still reading the bible and some other theology book. Am I fully convinced and will I get back with her? Not yet and probably not, but God is at work man and that's to be praised.

But if your girl really is just gone and you do walk away, make sure it is honorable and not with attitude like "oh you a hoe now??". Imagine if that was her last memory of a Christian man!
