knowing women like i do, i'm sure there are more than a few that are mad that men are paying less attention to them in public bc the men are focused on social distancing and not flirting/approaching.

and i'm ABSOLUTELY sure that there are a multitude of women pissed off at the idea of wearing a mask to cover-up their "beauty" that's enhanced by 2-3 hours of war paint duty and hair styling.

Ok, lets just think about this for a minute. Your perception colors your reality. There are 3 billion + women in the world. Somewhere around 1.5 billion women are between 18 and 30. There are 560 million girls with an account on Instagram. Lets say half of them post regularly. 280 million active girls on Instagram. Lets say 75% of those are between 18 and 30. Roughly 200 million 18-30 year old girls post regularly on Instagram out of 1.5 billion women 18-30. That's about 14% of all women in the world between 18 and 30. Obviously rough statistics but yeah.

Let's throw some others out there.

The chance of meeting a girl in a club or high end bar that is hot and active on Instagram is like 80-90%.

The chance of meeting a girl anywhere else during the day that is active on Instagram is about 14%. Obviously this fluctuates depending on location (ie city, country, etc) but NOT by much.

Bigger cities always have more girls hooked on social media than smaller town girls, due to validation being 10x easier.

This is WHY, I have lived by these screening criteria for the past 4 years and will never consider a girl to be anything more than an FB if they don't meet all 4 at the very least:

Not hooked on social media.
Does not party/ never partied hard in her past. I don't mind a girls night out at her friends place, but not going out to bars/clubs. And I know she won't be lying about her friends place because she doesn't party in the first place.
Comes from a smaller town rather than a big city, or just moved from to a big city from a small town and is really new. Suburbs are fine too, just never lived in the city (of 1 million people+).
Never had tinder or bumble. (60 mil users on tinder, 22 mil users on bumble. 30 mil female on tinder, 13 mil female on bumble. 5 mil on bumble also have tinder. Total of 38 mil females around the world on a dating app. Taking out lesbians/ older than 30, lets say 35 mil of (18-30) girls use tinder, 2.5 % of the worlds female population in the same age range) Also girls who use tinder, half of them are guaranteed hooked on social media.

Those four criteria are huge for me, among a few others.

But just including #1 and #4, roughly 84 % of girls between 18-30 in the world ARE NOT HOOKED ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR ON DATING APPS. Lets say 80% to be conservative. Want to change your perception of thinking culture has ruined women? Look in the right places for LTR material women. Day game, coffee shops, libraries, the street. Screen, screen hard.

(I want to add in, I don't mind if a girl has social media. I don't go for girls that post any sort of attention seeking pics/video on social media. Every girl wants attention, but to varying degrees. I go for girls that usually get their attention filled from an SO, their friends, and family, and not much more.)

Since I was 18, I've been LTR-ing women (when I'm not enjoying the single life) that fit these specific criteria at the very least. Because of this, I love women. My relationships have been valuable, lesson teaching, incredible relationships with amazing women. Don't risk your heart for mediocre women, don't get into LTR's simply because she's really hot. Look for depth and screen. My exes were bangin hot, and fit my criteria. And they're not hard to find, trust me. You just gotta look in the right places. And they're certainly NOT "all modern women"

I think you're right. A lot of men in here project these issues on to the women themselves but some compassion is in order. Nobody chooses to be an addict and this is a very serious issue affecting all of us. As a man who has been dating 25-30yr olds for 15 years I have seen this unfold and it's only really been since that piece of SHIT instagram came out that shit has really hit the proverbial fan.

I don't know what the solution to this problem is but I'm pretty damn sure game isn't it.
