The rating system doesn't really apply to women.

If a "6" goes to a bar and throws herself at a "9", he'll say yes to sex. If they exchange numbers and keep in touch and she'll come over and have sex with him any time he doesn't feel like going out and meeting someone else, they can be fuck-buddies. This "6" can have hot sex with a "9" for a few months until one of them finds a real relationship or gets bored with the other. And she can repeat the process with as many hot guys as she wants.

Why the hell would she settle for a real relationship with an average guy she's only kind of lukewarm about when she can have sex with someone who actually turns her on?

It's not that she's entitled and feels that she deserves a hot guy. She literally gets hot guys. She is having sex with hot guys.

Women don't feel like they deserve a 9, they just are going to jump on whatever is the best that will fuck them. Men will fuck a 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Women will only fuck the 9. That's the difference.

Women will feel insulted if they get hit on by ugly or average men. Women want to feel that they are good enough to be approached by good looking men. Also, I agree that most women are unrealistic about what they want but if a girl sees her friend with this super successful guy, then she will tell herself, "I deserve someone like that too!" Well if you want to go by biology, there is reasoning behind this. Back in the caveman days, the goal was to populate quickly with the best genetics possible.

This ended up with men trying to sleep with as many different women as possible to populate as much as they can. You can see this is relevant today in multiple studies where men grow extremely tired of sleeping with the same woman, and get extremely aroused by the sight of another woman, even if they are both HB8. It is also one of the reasons pornography is so satisfying (seeing so many different women) but that is for another post.

On the other hand, women wanted babies with the best genetics. Therefore they wanted the most alpha man in the group. This ended up with the alpha of the group sleeping around with all of the women, not because they are as attractive, but because they are different. You can see this play out in today's world when a guy who is a nine sleeps with an HB6.

Biologically speaking, a man can have as many sexual partners as he wants. Thus, men aim at polygamy.

On the other hand, a woman can be pregnant only of one single male. Thus, she will aim at hypergamy.

Little imaginary experiment.

Let’s say there are two islands. Island A hosts 1 male and 4 females, while island B has 4 males and 1 female. It is not difficult to imagine how the two islands’ sexual market places will work. Island A is in a way better position. Namely, the single dude will have sex with all the 4 chicks and all of them will be pregnant (I.e. polygamy). Conversely, in Island B the 4 males will have to compete over 1 single woman, who will eventually end up with the so-called alpha male (I.e. hypergamy).

You see, girls in a non-regulated SMP, such as the one we deal with in the contemporary western world, follow their biological imperative (I.e. hypergamy). They do what they are programmed to do, so – coming to your question – they feel naturally entitled to the alpha male.

This is nature. If a small percentage of excellent individuals can get a large percentage of females pregnant, then females must naturally pursue outstanding males.

Women don't understand statistics.

My mother was born when my grandmother was 45, and thus was convinced that any women was able to naturally get pregnant like my grandmother. She did not understand what "probability" means, and she still doesn't.

Then my mother, being the grown-up person she is, still complains about she being overweight, and asks every day "why is there people that eat all day and don't get fat? what do they do?". She believes that is it just a matter of wiliness, that all people are the same and when you eat more food you'll get fat. NO, MOTHER ITS GENETICS.

My ex gf has half a dozen degrees in STEM and her IQ is twice the mine. And still, when she was upset, would behave like a 12 year old girl throwing a tantrum. It was unbelievable.

Like my mother, lots of women out there don't see that. They still behave like 12 year old girls who are living in a world of fairy tales. And of course they want their personal prince.

(Short) story time?

So there was this one girl - no beauty to die for by any means, but in my book, she'd do. A butterface, looked good five years older than her actual age, embodied a few annoying cliches, and neurotic. I did find some of her neurotic bouts cute, though; also, she did have some decent personality quirks, and a fine ass. A 6, shall we say... which would put me right on par with her in the SMP, I suppose.

So she fucken tells me she finds my personality quirks unattractive. Again, I'm a mixed bag of good/bad/ugly, but it just ain't good enough for her. She explains that she could get herself a man -- if she wanted to do that -- it is just that she is holding out for a man "she'd be able to spend the life with" (read: "I deserve a male 9".)

Well good fucken luck there, honey.

As for me, most of these sixes, or a select few of the fives, are as low as I could go. Below that, it is the unattractive territory -- one looks at a girl like that, and one does not desire her; one feels indifferent and/or straight pities her instead. Being an average man does, indeed, suck ass.
