I'm brazilian and I've just read this news, I've made a quick translation of it here, sorry for any mistakes as english is not my first language.

A brazilian girl made a false rape claim, posted it on the internet with a facial composite that she took from the internet.

A random guy who was mistaken as the "rapist" got beaten and stabbed by local SJWs and got taken to the hospital with a skull fracture.

After the police found inconsistencies in her testimonies, the girl takes back what she said and admits that the rape did not happen.

The girl has an expected sentence of fucking one to six months of restraint.

University student takes back, admits it was not raped and is indicted in RS

Police found inconsistencies in the first testimony of the girl.

She reported being raped in a post on social networks.

A college student 19 years lied that she suffered rape, after getting off a bus from T1 line in Porto Alegre, according to the Civil Police. The case came to light in early May, when the young lady made a post on social networks reporting the abuse. In the post, she also released a drawing of an alleged perpetrator of the abuse. Mistaken by the suspect described by the young lady a man came to be beaten [and stabbed, according to the other news linked] by local people and had to be taken to the hospital with skull fracture.

So, after lying about the rape a bunch of SJWs decides to make justice and stabs a random guy because he looked like a picture that she posted, even before she was convicted of the crime. Oh, by the way, the drawing of the "rapist" that she posted was actually just some picture she found on google.

After the student's confession, the police indicted her for false reporting of crime, with an expected sentence of one to six months of restraint.

Police chief Tatiana Barreira Bastos, responsible for the investigation, told G1 that inconsistencies were found in the first statement of the university student. So she returned to the police station at the end of Wednesday afternoon (8) and admitted that the case has not occurred, without giving reasons. The case had got repercussion on social networks and became known as "rape from T1".

From the university's bus card, police discovered the route taken by her and the time of departure and arrival of the young lady from the bus. "She leaves in another bus stop, in another area of the city, for example. Also, they were different times." According to the police, the images from the bus show that she leaves alone from the bus. In the post, she said that a man came along with a knife in his hand, and took her to a park where she was raped. "She was not assaulted. What does not exist is a maniac attacking women," adds the police chief.

According to the police, the drawing was taken from the internet. "We found that the facial composite was not made by her, the rapist does not exist. She took an image already made" said the police chief. The examination of the corpus delicti, held after the report has not yet been handed over to the police. For the police, a scratch in her breast would have been caused by herself. "She herself recognizes it. She said that she was very anxious."

She scratched herself to look like she was assaulted and all her hamster has to say about it is that she was very anxious.

The police chief believes that the woman is suffering "psychological traumas". Therefore, after the testimony, her family headed the student for admission to a hospital. She will answer for false reporting of crime with a sentence of one to six months, which is considered a crime of minor offensive potential.

Apparently a false rape claim is a "minor offensive potential" despites having a random guy stabbed because of it. She will get one to six months, which will be probably in the semi-open system.

Tatiana says that the police were in the case for two weeks. "We made a lot of diligences and maybe ten people have been heard." Among those there is a psychologist from a church attended by the student. "She told us that the girl has a background of lying, something we already suspected." During the course of the investigation, two suspects men were recognized by her, but were released.

Lessons Learned:

  • The whole western culture is being target of false rape claims, even in 3rd world countries like Brazil.

  • SJWs will do anything to seek "justice", they need no reasoning to do it and innocent people will get hurt by it. Anyone could suffer from this.

  • False rape claims are taken as nothing serious and punished as a small crime.

Sounds like any girl from this place could have any guy she wants killed just with a false rape accusation. Can we call that a privilege?

[–]vagbutters29 points30 points  (1 child) | Copy

It's only privilege when the libertards want to censor/oppress a group, otherwise it's "fair"

[–]quicklogaccount8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

Sort of. Brazil's lenient penal process and penal code causes endemic impunity and these outbursts are becoming increasingly common.
Not long ago a pickpocket kid was beaten up and chained to a light pole.
You can assume that anywhere in Brazil, if a person is ACCUSED of a "outrageous" (that can include, for instance, killing animals in a shelter) crime OR is legally protected (under age) and caught red handed with something stupid, this person is at risk of lynching.
The day false rape claims become a thing (I was threatened with it once) we'll be in for crazy times. But I assume false rape claimers will be at risk themselves.

Brazilian behavior towards third wave feminism and the shit you see in TRP is hard to assess.
There was a collective rape a few days ago and the mainstream media behavior would be the poster boy of "why you need feminism", if only a small group of feminists in damn facebook didn't manage to cause collective outrage by taking the opportunity to say "all men are rapists".

[–]Polaris3828 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy

This is the point I keep raising with that Stanford Swimmer case. Yeah, he's a piece of shit and deserved much worse punishment no argument there. The outrage is justified HOWEVER...

Where is all the outrage in regards to all those FALSE accusations? There are none and there are 0 consequences for making said accusations. Now this isolated incident just gives the left something to cling to and use to perpetuate their "white privilege" and "rape culture" Bull Shit.

[–]fm4f0320160 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Is it? What specifically says it's justified. Key words in her own document "i don't remember" (about consent) and "I was told i was assaulted".

That's gaslighting 101.

[–]quicklogaccount4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy

In nearly all Brazil it works like that. It happened in a very big city, otherwise you wouldn't even hear of the guy.

Wow, so Islam and those other "extreme" religions really did have a valid reason why they created those laws about women claiming rape and female conduct/dress in public huh? Did it all happen before? Are we going there again?

[–]vagbutters56 points57 points  (9 children) | Copy

It's all a matter of perspective. The propaganda machine likes to label certain cultures/religions "misogynistic" even though their institutions have a very pragmatic basis to them.

This is what happens when a society is full of sex-starved beta males; they start killing people just to woo m'lady.

[–]KorianHUN16 points17 points  (7 children) | Copy

Tbh, sexually frustrated muslims in Europe usually attack in group because they would be betas in western society. They are not used to women holding the sex like in the west. They are used to just selecting a wife (or up to four), having sex during night and 100% talking care of them and paying for everything for them (in theory).
In their culture, they must provide, women can't work.

[–]Polaris3828 points9 points  (6 children) | Copy

Ummm...arent they often frustrated in their own countries due to the more well off ones taking multiple wives, thereby not leaving nearly enough women to "go around"?

[–]Toolman8907 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

That's what I used to believe, and it would explain why they're all young men coming into Europe. But I looked up the marriage statistics in Syria and it's more equal than it is in western countries. There is a discrepancy in youth where there are lots more young single men than there are young single women, but once men are above 30, 90% of them are married.

I suppose it is still frustrating for young men in that regard as many have to wait until 30 to get married to a 19 year old.. that's 17 years of your sex drive not being satisfied during your youth.

[–]vagbutters3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

And yet they're still doing remarkably better than westerners; you have beta males who are 40+ virgins here, with no real marketable skills.

[–]KorianHUN7 points8 points  (3 children) | Copy

Based on what i read from "normal" (i mean Syrian upper middle class) muslims in Germany, they had their own words for gang rapes they were so common to "relieve frustration". If they got caught, the assadist secret police beat the shit out of them for example.
I also read from american troop that they were told not to intervene when afghans raped boys because in that region, homosexuality means LOVE between to men, so they had no problem with raping young boys.
Tl;dr: they found other ways

[–]ChadThundercockII3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

homosexuality means LOVE between to men

Certainly not. Homosexuality is both forms in punishable by law, and public consent in Muslim countries. If someone finds you fucking a man or a boy then you are for a trip to the hospital and a beating downtown.

I tried finding it but i can't. Currently i don't have time to read everything about it but based on what i found, islam punishes homosexuality so what i previously stated might be a regional or tribal thing in those areas.

[–]Man_Jose12 points13 points  (1 child) | Copy

Islamist cultures probably had good intentions but they got stained by corrupt power-hungry humans along the way. Don't view Islam as a bed of roses.

The reality is, women and men both suck. It's our blue-pill upbringing that caused us to believe in some fairytale about people. Get rid of that! Never in the history of mankind were women truthful. Throughout evolution, they literally survived by conning men to support them.

You think you came from a direct line of faithful ancestors? Think again. How many bastards had more bastards? Who the fuck knows!!

The only and only religion I personally like is Buddhism. It encourages people to see reality for what it is instead of hoping/wanting it to be exactly like how you want.

[–]snorted_the_red_pill0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

In regards to religion (and many viewpoints in general), you have to remember that their greatest strength is often their greatest weakness.

In Taoism for example, the tendency for its believers / practitioners to just go with the flow to an extreme extent - where they tend not to accomplish much because they don't want to rock the boat.

In Christianity (I'm well aware that a lot of people here are Christians, so I'll probably be downvoted for this) it is their crusade for justice.

In Discordianism (my personal favourite) the weakness is that people tend to sort of forget that there are other people, there is an external world out there.

In science, it is the materialistic nature - science is great at manipulating objects and materials but not the human mind because, by definition, consciousness is merely a set of electric pulses.

[–]Polaris3824 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

I think there was validity to it. There's definitely a point where its going too far and just downright treating them like shit/being abusive though. Middle ground.

[–]Beegsi_6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

This is one of the most famous hadiths or law in Islam and it's a reason why we hardly suffer from false accusations.

On the authority of Ibn Abbas who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:

"Were people to be given everything that they claimed, men would [unjustly] claim the wealth and lives of [other] people. But, the onus of proof is upon the claimant, and the taking of an oath is upon him who denies." [Baihaqi]

Except in an Islamic country "rape" means getting violently sodomised by Jamal, Tarik and Mohammed. If youre lucky, you get to marry the rapist.

[–]ChadThundercockII1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

you get to marry the rapist

This is no longer true in every single Muslim country. You rape, you go to jail, then comeback to work your ass off to pay for the kid. Oh, and you'll certainly get raped in prison.

[–]1PantsonFire12345 points6 points  (7 children) | Copy

Do you have intel on that 33 man gang rape with the girl that was on drugs? The media was all loud about it but something sounded fishy about it. Specially the fact that they found Molly in her system. And one of the guys 'raping' her was her boyfriend.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (6 children) | Copy

She was a drug addicted, friends with drug dealers and crime-life lover. It's almost obvious that she did sex with those guys because she wanted. But they where dumb as fuck and put a video on Twitter of her sleeping, while one guy touched her. She got mad and went to police saying she was raped. If you consider the Brazilian law, rape is not only sex, but any sexual act where the "victim" can't express her/his will. That was the case. But anyone besides SJW belives she was taken there and raped by 33 guys, not even people that live in the favela.

[–]1PantsonFire12346 points7 points  (5 children) | Copy

Fucking knew it, the moment I heard about the drugs I knew. Women are deranged psychos- blue pillers don't realize this. She is fully capable of wanting 33 cocks up her holes.

[–]OfficialMotherfucker8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy

That's not all. Her grandma was interviewed and revealed a bunch of stuff - mainly that she used to frequent the slums, was drug-addicted and that she had sex with people she barely knew in exchange for drugs. She got pregnant @around 13 y.o. and didn't know the father. She also came from a middle-class family, so she wasn't even poor. She went up to the slums because she 'liked to'. You can assume her family had to put up with all kinds of shit.

But the moment you open your mouth about any of this, you're mobbed by SJWs who say you're a sexist bigot who likes to 'blame the victim' and promote 'rape culture'. This SJW trend is seen mainly on young people in brazil, especially through social media, although the older generation (~30 years old) is now being heavily influenced by the leftist media.

[–]1PantsonFire12340 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

These SJW's don't get women and therefor can't figure things out. Then they lash out at you for being a bigot..

[–]Uptonogood4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

Have you seen her fucking facebook? It's all pictures of her with drugs and pictures of her holding automatic rifles from local druglords. All images in which the media conveniently ignored in their obsessive effort to paint her like the little helpless child, Trayvon Martin style.

Hell, there's even conversation screenshots in which she brags about giving it to 50 guys in one night.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

Yes, if she was just a slut I could let it pass, but she was very close to criminal factions/gangs/drug dealers. She had pictures with guns and these kind of stuff.

Also, she's sixteen years old and have a son/daughter of three years old.

I could really not give less of a fuck about her "rape".

[–]quicklogaccount6 points7 points  (2 children) | Copy

In Brazil, rapists, thieves, murderers, serial aggressors, criminals in general, as a rule, go unpunished. The "collective unconscious" is fed up and increasingly prone to violence because of it.
Underage offenders (caught red handed) and people ACCUSED of "outrageous" crimes are in risk of beating and lynching. Women included I recall readily of a woman threatened to death because she beat her doggy, of a beaten teacher falsely accused of sexual abusing a child, and of a lynched and killed woman that was mistaken for someone accused of witchcraft. This is often opposed by the SJWs actually.

Unfortunately these news are local, so the absence of SJW talk against the lynching won't serve as evidence of the SJW lenience towards the particular case of people being lynched due to false rape claims. But SJWs are SJWs everywhere and they ARE stupid here too, so you can assume they wouldn't raise their voices in this case if it was big.

[–]OfficialMotherfucker1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

While the SJWs in brazil are opposed to lynching, they are also opposed to the police and opposed to heavier sentences ("criminals are just victims of society" mentality). I guess they expect the world to magically transform overnight into a leftist utopia.

[–]quicklogaccount1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

"Magically" is through force field and active brain washing.
They actually managed to indoctrinate every elementary, basic and secondary school teacher towards communism for them to indoctrinate the students.
They only failed because they got REALLY greedy. It's not because there was a reaction, it was because they've made way too many mistakes. This is really scary.

[–]quicklogaccount8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

The girl has an expected sentence of fucking one to six months of restraint.

Take this with a grain of salt. Brazilian penal legislation is notoriously lenient in general.

So, after lying about the rape a bunch of SJWs decides to make justice

And they are not necessarily SJWs. Brazilian SJWs would say "rape is the healthy son of patriarchy". With highly lenient penal legislation this sort of behavior is increasingly common, mainly for barbaric crimes.

Things in Brazil differs from TRP's regular environment. For instance, intoxicated men and women are held fully responsible for their stupid decisions and it is highly consensual to assume the drunk offered consent. This girl will suffer severe social reprisal.
As for the beaten guy, she won't be held penally responsible but a good lawyer might be able to hold her responsible for damages. His aggressors were not identified, but there is a sort underlying admiration for their behavior (because of regular penal leniency and overall impunity) as well as a strong tendency to rule it as "horde behavior" and assume the individuals aren't a threat.

[–]Tscio5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

I saw a "news article" about 420 pairs of panties being laid out on a Brazilian beach the other day to commemorate the 420 women that are raped each 72 hours.

The claim is that officially 50,000 rapes were recorded in 2014 in Brazil, but "experts" claim that up to 500,00 cases go unreported. Of course the article doesn't actually link to any studies or facts that would support these estimations, nor do they properly define "unreported" (one Brazilian source used the word "un-investigated" in it's place... perhaps because it's a case such as the one described in this post?).

These numbers are pretty huge.

My question is this: is real rape actually that rampant in Brazil?

If we saw claims like this in North America I would probably divide that number by at least 10 to get a more honest estimate.

[–]quicklogaccount0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Nope, real rapes here are prone to cause this very reaction and women STILL thread carefully before using the word.
Intoxicated people are usually prejudiced against towards the public and held fully responsible for their actions, so this might be a strong social break.

A false rape claim is also unlikely to harm someone (so severely) because reputation is guarded as a constitutional right, so the media won't take chances making any names public before they are found guilty. (If they do reveal an innocent's name, the person just won a lottery ticket) The judicial system is also biased towards the accused, so unquestionable evidence is needed.

You can assume these reports of 100.000 women raped involve actual rapes, alcoholic amnesia, and the well known hamstering. Maybe even stare rapes, verbal rapes... Feminazi numbers. People don't pay too much attention to them though. We have bigger issues.
People say "non investigated" to address cases when the cops refused to take the complaint because of the lack of evidences too.

[–]OfficialMotherfucker0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I remember researching this a couple of years back, and the number of females murdered + females raped in brazil was still lower than the number of males murdered alone. While rape itself is not rampant at all, there is a serious issue with crime, which I suppose derives mostly from the numerous slums and hellholes.

One curious thing is that inside most slums rape is actually prohibited by the crime lords (aka bigshot drug dealers) and the sentence is usually execution.

[–]RedSugarPill7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

That woman is a worthless piece of shit (among countless worthless pieces of shit), but she didn't make those shitheads beat an innocent man. The world has gone mad with shitheads and their violent tendencies.

On one extreme (from the top of the pyramid), we have Bush and Cheney making false accusations against Iraq to get their shitheads to commit violence against the innocent people of a sovereign nation, so they can extract their resources.

On the other extreme (from the bottom of the pyramid), we have psychopath attention whores, getting THE VERY SAME SHITHEADS to do their bidding.

So it all comes down to the shitheads.

You are a shithead if you blindly follow orders.

You are a shithead if you blindly believe the lies of psychopaths.

You are a shithead if you act on orders or suggestions or any suggestion of violence brought to you by your neighborhood psychopath.

Shitheads need to to stop being shitheads, otherwise psychopaths will keep getting them to do their bidding, and committing violence on their behalf.

If the shitheads cannot stop being violent shitheads, then they have to be held accountable for their actions.

I can't state this any more clearly: shitheads need to stop believing the obvious lies of psychopaths of everybody, from the top (e.g., Bush & Cheney) all the way down to urban bus stop attention whores.

It's not complicated.

Here is the other link about the guy who was stabbed: http://g1.globo.com/rs/rio-grande-do-sul/noticia/2016/06/homem-e-espancado-no-rs-apos-ser-confundido-com-suspeito-de-estupro.html

I'm from Brazil as well, so I'll do a rough translation. It's funny how they don't question that the crime took place.

A man was beaten by the population after being mistaken as the suspect of raping a 19 year-old university student, in Porto Alegre. According to the Civil Police, he was assaulted thursday night (2) by a group in the Jardim do Salso district, in the east of the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, near where the crime occurred, last month.

"They mistook him for a suspect. He isn't the rapist. The victim saw a photo and she said he didn't even look like the aggressor", tells to G1 commissioner Tatiana Barreira Bastos, from the Police Sation for women (I wish I knew how to translate this better, basicly it's a place specificly made to report and combat domestic and sexual violence), which investigates the case.

The beating was close to Avenida Cristiano Fischer, where crosses the bus from the T1 line, where the girl was approached before being violated. According to the register made by the military brigade, a group of about 8 people persecuted the man, beat him and stabbed him. He got shelter in a sports center near the place.

"Aggression is also a crime, of bodily injury or evenattempted murder. But those people were not identified, they dispersed soon after" adds the comissioner.

Injured, the assaulted man was taken to the Cristo Redenter Hospital, North Side. Yet, his identity wasn't confirmed, because, according to the comissioner, he didn't have his documents (in the sense of ID and such, not sure this is the best translation) His health state also wasn't divulged. (Which means he might have died for all we know)

The 19 year-old student, whose identity was also preserved, affirms being the victim of rape when she was going back to her house, may 9. According to her, the rapist forced her to get out of the bus and attacked her at a park. The report was published in social media, anonymously.

In the report, the girl describes that the man, white, tall, skinny and bald approached her, still inside the bus, and told her to get out with him. After disembarking, he brought her to a park, where he raped her.

The case became known as the "T1 rape" in social media. Together with the report, the girl annexed a drawing of the suspect. The university student was subject to forensic examination and registered a police report. Based on her testimony, the Civil Police divulged the official sketch of the suspect.

"We knew her drawing and the sketch would generate repercussion. We ask that the people keep sending us information, so that we can arrest the rapist. But that they do nothing else. Call the police. They can be hurt or hurt others", said the comissioner.

The crime

According to the testimony, the crime occurred around 18:00, of a monday, may 9. She went to the T1 bus line. Still inside the bus, the man approached her and threatened her with a knife.

“The same [bus] was crowded. Close to PUC, this monster put a knife to my back saying I shouldn't scream, stay quiet and get out with him", the victim wrote.

She told he forced her to get out of the bus and go to a park, close to the Fernando Gomes State School. There, he removed part of both their clothes and raped her, but ran when he noticed three men approaching.

“He threw me to the ground, threatened me with the knife, he even said that there was no point in crying, that the one who was going to cry was my mother. He tried to kiss me and I turned my face, he beat me and scratched me", wrote the girl.

There was no penetration, but rape, according to brazilian law, is "to compel someone, by violence or serious threats, to have carnal conjunction or to practice or to allow that with him (yup, the law already specifies a man as the one that does the raping) be had other libidinous acts".

It's hard to translate this well, but basically what the law says is that if anyone compels someone with violence or threats to have sex or any "libidinous act" with them, it's rape. Kissing most of the time is not considered a libidinous act, though it depends on the judge and the case.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

The largest lesson learnt out of this isn't that women are duplicitous with their victim mentality. It is that white knights are the most dangerous aspect of the female world.

Can someone clarify for me. When it comes to the Brock Turner case I just don't get it. He gets wasted at party, she gets wasted at party, they meet and maybe get flirtatious and decide to hook up. She's more wasted than him and get black out. They get caught getting it on and people happen upon them. He runs because he gets scared. She's black out. Why is there such outrage about this but no outrage at the chick that claimed gang rape at UVA? This girl got black out wasted. What if it was the other way around and she ran from the scene. Would she get arrested? I'm just so confused about why he has obvious culpability if they were both in this. (Maybe I don't know the story and he just decided to assault her while seeing her walking drunk?)

He didn't rape her. It was a finger bang and a dry hump but no rape.

That's why I'm so confused. She was black out wasted. And we all know she could have been begging for it. So what the hell gives

The cops asked him if he had sex with her, and he said he didn't because that would be rape.

They used that to show his knowledge that she was unconscious and couldn't consent to sexual assault.

But this is definetly a new definition in the last 5 years that has become a thing. And everyone is super up in arms about it. I'm still stuck on, what if she begged for it which we all know is within the realm of possibility, she was wasted. She went out that night with the expressed purpose of getting wasted. What the hell is this victim shaming thing they keep talking about, it's the most juvenile thing I have heard before. We live in a f'ed up society right now especially on college campuses. It seem so ridiculous

False rape claims need to be taken more seriously. I'm not saying that if the guy gets off them automatically send the girl to jail. But if he can prove that she made the whole thing up, she should get in some shit.

False rape accusations waste police time, ruin reputations (even when proven innocent), and lead to suspicion when a rape really happens.

ir's a fucked up thing guys, when i was plugged in one of my boys girls said a few guys we use to work with raped her( she fucked them on the beach and got scared my friend would leave her so she cried rape) my friend quit the job because of that, few days she took back her claim, think she said she was drunk, women are fucked up creatures don't settle with any of them, i don't even want relationships with any of them, pump and dump.

This is indicative of a wider trend - merely being skeptical or asking questions is now "victim blaming." So people are being conditioned to automatically believe the accusation of rape by social pressure. It's not a surprise that lynch mobs are forming up to go get the supposed offenders.

I mean she was wrong, but 2 weeks ago a girl was gang raped by like 16 dudes, so don't make this into a women deserve everything they get to them. Who am I kidding, you deranged lunatics will do that anyway! ^

Brazil is a shithole of savages. The women there seem psychotic. This story doesn't surprise me. I remember reading this story and thinking "What the fuck is wrong with these people?".

Peasants in America drive around in old lifted pickups drinkin beer and shooting guns. Peasants in Brazil beat people to death because of a facebook rumor.

That's what you get when the police doesn't do their job.
