So Elliott is active on youtube again and releasing a lot of new monologue style videos on various topics, mainly on men being real men. Was wondering what you guys thought? To me his views align with the Biblical/RPC message, and I wouldn't be surprised if he knows about RPC.

Been following his stuff for awhile. He is definitely red pill aware (hangs out with red pill thinkers and is involved in the 21 convention) and recently seems to have genuinely converted to Christianity. Wouldn't surprise me if he is aware of RPC. His specific beliefs seem to be heavily influenced by Eastern Orthodoxy, which isn't surprising given his increasingly rightward political leanings and prior semi-mysticism.

Overall I think Elliot Hulse is on the same path and in a similar spot as Rooshv. They both seem to have had real encounters with God, but are still very new to the faith. Sometimes this leads them to being very confident about expressing less than fully sound ideas.

Overall, I'd say overall Elliot is doing some very solid work and I am grateful God has gotten ahold of him. In fact, he is on my short list of men living today I would love to have a conversation over a beer with.

We need more men like him in the world. I would just caution that he is still new to the faith and to take what he says on tough topics with a grain of salt.

Yeah I agree, on his website it says he’s been following God for a while so not sure. But he is a pretty solid guy. I listen to a lot of his stuff on training and being a better man because I’m much more of an auditory learner and a lot of what he says make a lot of sense and aligns with RPC values (eg stuff with his wife/family/mission etc). Although as you said he’s still a little new to the faith side so tough topics are more challenging.

However what’s clear is his commitment to his mission so that’s a good ‘visual’ model to take inspiration from. It seems like he’s definitely got the discipleship down.

It’s a shame that men like him (or RP/RPC community in general) are constantly being labelled. We need more of them/him. Also by the way, his recovery from his essentially ‘career ending’ injuries and tough times that followed is also to take inspiration from.

Hope you are right.

I like RooshV. Just finished "The Best of Roosh vol 2" a few days ago.

Haven't watch Elliot's latest stuff, but what I have seen says he is an eastern mystical "new ager",...not Christian. But I hope you're right about the changes happening. Him as a person, I like Elliot. I first watched him years back when he was pretty much just "health & body building" with a little PUA mixed in.

Was waiting for someone to post this. I came close to signing up one of his programs but didn't because of the cost. A few years back he went a bit off the rails and I would figure this was when he converted?

Anyway, Elliot puts out really good content but his marketing style just kind of reeks of snake oil and I wouldn't trust him with $1000USD (how much he was asking for!). I'd stick to his free content and as other people here said, he's new to the faith and we should take what he says with a grain of salt.

That said, when cringe liberal youtubers make video hit-pieces on him for being an 'intolerant traditionalist patriarchal sexist', you know he's on the right track haha

Yeah he seems like a really solid guy but yeah $1000 isn’t justified yet, considering he’s still new to faith. However his strongman stuff/training would definitely be worth it but again not for the price tag. The monologue style content is actually really good and I suppose at the same time it serves as a marketing tool for his coaching.

I wouldn't worry too much about what random youtubers think of anything tbh.

From what I can recall from him,...he is into eastern mysticism, characteristics of Hinduism, the Yin/Yang stuff. All of it opposed to Biblical Christianity. Just because Christianity and those things might overlap on a "point" here and there does not mean the beliefs systems agree.

Bottom line he is not going around saying that God used the supernatural virgin birth to come to us as a man, die for the sins of mankind, resurrected bodily on the 3rd day, ascended to heaven, and that only those who place their faith in Him will be saved and the rest are lost. That is Biblical Christianity.

I used to listen to him a lot. I liked his presentation at 21 Studios on the family. EH is the one person i know who said to think with your balls. He says that society (and he didn't say the church does this but it's the ne plus ultra of this example) forces you to think with your mind, to always be up in your head. But a man acts from his balls. He does what makes his balls swell.

It was such a potent and spicy remark when i heard it, and so intuitive and easy to see ... I was blown away by it. He talks about 'energy' not in the new age sense but one's focus. One 's mental focus.

Yeah he’s got some good lines haha

Someone needs to get there, uncle

But in all seriousness, I think it sad how the comments always agree with him when he says shit like real men suffer in silence which is toxic for anyone. I feel like the scariest part is that people don't see that he is full of shit and is a reputable source. I hope they get out of sooner than later because his way of thinking wouldn't get them far in life. The alpha and beta man talk is always full of it coming from a woman. Let people live how they want to live for them to achieve there best selfs. He wants to be a mesha/prophet so bad. I can't stand people like him and the fact that he has a platform just makes him 20 times worse. Also, someone checks on his wife while I don't judge and if she is fine with the lifestyle power to her but just seems aggressive and against anything that he doesn't think is right. So, in summary, he is an ignorant person who uses there soapbox way too much to spout bullshit that no one should listen to. If your lost read a book or do anything but listen to him to get to the light. because while you might get out for a quick moment you will be left in an even dark place them where you started off at.

Without knowing him obviously I can’t say there’s any truth to what you say, however I don’t blindly follow him anyway. Just cherry picking bits that he says and relating back to RPC stuff and Gods words. Blindly following a person like him without any other background reading/faith isn’t a good idea anyway. But I’ll take heed of what you say and bear it in mind. Thanks

He's become a very strange man in recent years, seems to happen to a lot of influencers/youtube people

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
