I don't know what /u/spaghettbaguett is trying to say. There have been several cases finding that male rape victims, statutory and regular rape, have to pay child support. In fact AFAIK every time it's reached the courts, the courts in America have held that men have to pay child support no matter how the child was conceived. The OP might be fake but if anything like the OP happened, every court case I've come across indicates that the woman would win the lawsuit and the man would have to pay child support.

He was 13 (she was 17) when she got pregnant. He was liable for child support. There have been many other cases including at least one I remember where it was an adult man who was raped while he was unconscious. Every time he had to pay child support. And yes most feminists have supported this, they usually justify their opposition to Legal Parental Surrender with some bullshit about how "it's in the best interest of the child."
