Everytime I explain why feminism is bad to my sister, she responds this BS (self.antifeminists)

She brought up the classic rape example. I told her what if men got raped? She replied that it doesn't happen as much and they could've fought back. Then, I brought up the fact that she contradicted her own point that men and women shouldn't be biased based on their biological physical strength. I told her that would you date a guy that's weak? She said no. I said so it's fine to assume men are stronger and women are weaker. She said no, it shouldn't be that way. I'm like wtf. Do you want a gap between strength or not? BTW, she is an advocate for Feminism. I only support Feminism in the middle east and India.

Even in India, there was a case recently where a bunch of guys got falsely accused of rape by a group of women. Everyone’s lost their god damn minds

Circular reasoning and moving goalposts are rather common fallacies. I would suggest you research all the common fallacies and familiarize her with them before absolutely destroying her with facts and logic.

This will probably have no impact other than at best a cold shoulder and at worst an emotional explosion of nuclear proportions.

You cannot teach those who would rather wallow in their own stupidity, that they call reality.

I have had similar conversations with my sister and after achieving nothing except bruising her paper thin emotional state I gave up.

Best course to take imo. You cannot change someone so hellbent on pushing their ideology of what something is supposed to be unless you apply a similar emotional hold than those feelings have in their mind.

I suppose it's a classic case of cognitive dissonance. Such people will not listen to reasoning or logic. Their psyche needs to believe in what they believe. Let them & save your energy.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. Is why it sometimes best to just observe and stay out of groups going down an ideological rabbit hole, if you can. People often have a hard time empathising with different views.

I think about this all the time. I don’t know why more women don’t play along with the rape and then rape the dude back.

What’s scarier is letting some person fucking pin you down and rape you and not do anything about it and then just expect some fucking stupid cops to solve your issues.

It’s just common sense. If women stopped acting like a fucking victim 24/7 that’s just waiting to be victimized by somebody they probably wouldnt get raped as much. And men get raped too yes but do you know why they’re not so dramatically affected by it? Because it’s not that big of a fucking deal to begin with. Unless it’s brutal and you get pregnant it’s just sex that you didn’t like. Rape happens in nature everyday. You think animals have he concept of consent? We’re all wild animals living in houses and wear clothing.

I don’t believe in victim blaming because I don’t believe that you’re a victim unless you make yourself out to be. If somebody raped me (which has happened many times) and I live that means I survived. I’m not a victim. I’m a survivor.

You’ll never get over anything if you always look at yourself as a victim/potential victim of it. It’s the same reason why I hate feminism. Feminism rides on the fact that all women are victims of something.

Should you try to use a knife against a robber with a gun that stands in your reach? Fuck no, because if you fail you are fucked. Try to apply this to the original scenario

It’s not an option for everyone. I trust biting his dick and shoving a dildo up his ass would be more effective and have a longer effect than pepper spray. I’m sorry but just because a penis ejaculates does not mean it’s as strong as a gun. It’s also not as sharp as a knife. No matter how big of a man as soon as you hurt his balls or penis he is going down.

The goal of pepper spray is not to get raped. You say while someone is getting raped is the best option to defend yourself. That doesn't quite hit the goal of not getting raped does it?

Feminism shouldn't be supported anywhere, egalitarianism should.

The feminist approach in India would be ensuring boys remain impoverished and undereducated while teaching girls that boys aren't human beings. No one benefits from that.

I dont really buy your story. It sounds unreasonable biased from your point. So your sister supposedly argued that there is no physical difference between men and women and they should for example compete against each other in sports? And you are against feminism? Dont you agree that there are problems in our society that women face disproportionately to men? Also your support for feminism sounds a bit goofy only in the middle east and India? What about Africa? Or in Russia for Orthodox Christians?
