Take a position as a Chief of Staff. There's an 11.5% wage gap between the male and female salary. An average male democrat would get $91200 and an average female democrat would get $81207

lol, people still believe in the pay gap....

The gender pay gap is stupid, as it's based off of the AVERAGE salary of men and women. this means that A. a few male billionaires drag up the average B. Men generally work higher paying jobs, ask for pay rises, work more hours in total, take less holidays, and prioritise work over family FAR more frequently than women.
