It’s not about the gpa...

It’s the fact that the courses and evaluations are specifically designed to fit feminist/progressive ( actually regressive ) / PC friendly narrative.

No no.... I was just curious because western people always say their GPA is 3 or 4. I am an Indian so anything below 9 is unacceptable.😅

The highest non weighted gpa you can get in America is a 4. A-4, B-3, C-2, D-1, F-0 and you average out your score to get your gpa. You can raise your gpa above a 4.0 if you have weighted classes and that can get you gpa up to 5.0. It is technically impossible to a 5.0 gpa because that’s a lot of work and also because there is not enough weighted classes for it. For example health is mandatory but there is weighted version of health. The entire system obviously works different for private schools. I assume you have a similar system but your school takes minus and plus grades into account for gpa.

I hope that had been the case. I study in a private school, not classy but it has a reputation for excellent students and competition. Many factors here are not taken into account. You can be an absolute zero in sports , health and other activities but if you are a crammer you will surely get a 10.0( Which means results lies between 95 and 100 percent). All classes here are mandatory upto 10th grade, the only choice you have is between 2 languages(one regional and another ancient). It makes me jealous to know the level of freedom you guys have.
