JUST TO CLARIFY. No one is saying women are not as good as men in leadership roles, but when you hire off someone's gender. Things do not go well

[–]Philletto33 points34 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Men were too smart to take the helm of a sinking ship. Women played themselves.

[–]starkfuture8 points9 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Teresa May comes to mind. Stupid cow.

Agreeing for sure!

[–]hollyscrew2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, but now we have BJ, and before we had Cameron. Hey we had Thatcher the Major. In the UK male leaders always come along to make female leaders look much more competent in comparison.

When is this shit going to end?

Everyone pretends like it doesn't affect literally EVERYTHING

Men's attitudes and morale, profits, other workers, etc.

When's the pretending going to stop?

It's like they know they're making it worse, but they're doubling down

[–]Scabby_dog742 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You know what, now the genie is out of the bottle I don't think it will ever end. Certain women will never have enough and as long as men still breath they will continue their hateful campaign. After all theys gots to protects their daughters from all us rapists because "Men are trash"™

Curb Your Enthusiasm theme intensifies.

[–]ShadowWitcher6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Yep. The idea is to hire based on competence and not based on gender. Looks like they prioritized gender as a qualification to make headlines or to appease women.

This can also happen to men though, and it doesn't mean women are automatically incompetent. Look at Lisa Su and what she has done with AMD

Women can be very successful in top positions. But it has to be the proper field and proper fit. I doubt either of the women in charge of GM can even do their own oil change.

Hahaha! The facts don't lie

[–]Maleoppressor6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Just use the word sex. Replacing it with "gender" like leftists do only reinforces their ideology.

I used to worry about stuff like this happening, but not anymore. I just enjoy the decline!

Watch the vette go down the drain

[–]MegaMindxXx[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

The Vette will do well. The Camaro I think is going away. Putting 2 women in charge of an auto manufacturer is like putting 2 men in charge of a cosmetic company.

[–]Aloha-Potato1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

men would probably do that better. Hell, bruce jenner won woman of the year. So men are better women than women?

[–]MxCherryBlue-1 points0 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Meanwhile AMD is doing fine

[–]MegaMindxXx[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

It's not because it's a woman in charge that GM failed. Its because they're more worried about politics than success. They have the wrong women in charge. It's like putting 2 men in charge of a cosmetic company. If you take just and 2 men and put them in charge it makes no sense. If they find 2 men that have been in the cosmetic industry and fashion then it might work.

[–]MxCherryBlue2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah I know, just saying that if you put a woman who knows what she's doing it will be fine

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
