How Alpha 2.0 Businesses Are Managed

Blackdragon
March 4, 2020

In this next installment on how to create your own Alpha 2.0 location-independent business, Iâll describe the overview of how a typical Alpha 2.0 business works. To quickly recap last time: having 2-4 small, Alpha 2.0, location-independent businesses creates a solid income from multiple, diversified income sources. This provides you not only with a good amount of regular and location-independent income on a lower amount of work, but also protects you from various problems that plague other ânormalâ business owners.

Once you have an Alpha 2.0 business structure, you will be making at least $75,000 per year (the Alpha Male 2.0 minimum for maximum, long-term happiness) and will be doing so on very low weekly work hours no matter where you are or where you wish to live or travel. Iâve done this myself (I have three location-independent businesses that require only 15 hours a week for me to maintain grand total, and I make a lot more than $75,000 per year) and what Iâve done can be duplicated by anyone willing to put in a little time.

How Alpha 2.0 Businesses Are Managed

One of the goals of the Alpha 2.0 business is to remove yourself from the flow of work. This means you need to create a business (or businesses) that create income from systems instead of hands-on work.

People who are employees and most business owners have income that is only created from hands-on work. That means you have to use your hands to actually go do something in order for the income to flow. If you donât do that work, you have no income. It doesnât matter if you work at McDonalds as a burger flipper (no flipping, no money) or youâre a top-level heart surgeon (no cutting, no money).

Most business owners also are stuck in this boat. They have to go to their stupid office every day and perform the actual work (consulting, selling, managing employees, whatever) as well as screw around with employee problems, logistical issues, marketing, expansion, bookkeeping, legal, and so on.

It really sucks, and I would know, since I was that type of business owner myself for many years. While I eventually made some decent money under that system, I was working my ass off (many times I had to put in 60-70 hour weeks) because I had to do everything. Yes, thatâs even when I had employees. Hey, employees arenât going to manage themselves. You have to do that.

Today, under the Alpha 2.0 business model, I only need to work a fraction of that time and make several times more money than I used to. This is because all of my companies are based on systems instead of me working.

Your only job as an Alpha 2.0 business owner is to develop these systems and get them up and running. Then you can sit back and chill, putting in just enough effort to monitor these systems and make sure they keep running. In my case, this would take about 15 hours per week. I know other Alpha 2.0s who only need to put in about 8-10 hours per week.

You need to develop several systems, including systems that handle:

â Marketing (getting more customers)

â Fulfillment (getting the product/service/information to the customer)

â Finance (getting the accurate key numbers and watching them closely)

Optionally, you can (and should) develop other systems that handle things like:

â Customer Service (helping customers with problems or questions)

â Your Own Tasks (so you can do the minimum work possible as the business owner)

â Expansion (developing new products/services/info to sell to your customers)

Once you have these systems in place, all you have to do is sit back and watch the systems from afar to make sure they keep running smoothly. This is much easier than working.

Of course, if youâre like me and have big goals, instead of sitting back and chilling out while watching your systems, you can choose to scale your businesses upwards to hit the really big money. But the point is that choice is completely up to you. You can kick back and chill for the rest of your life, or you can keep working by choice to hit new financial goals. You have the choice.

Most normal business owners do not have this choice. They have to keep working and working until they get old whether or not they want to.

In the Alpha 2.0 Business Course I will, of course, show you precisely how to do all of this. I actually flowchart exactly how I run my businesses so you can copy what Iâm doing to match your own product, service, or information that you wish to sell.

And, yes, if you have no idea what to sell or to whom, I show you exactly how to do that too.

Here are some questions that have come up in the last few days:

Is the course going to be available after March 16th or will you take it off the market again like with your last courses?

Iâm doing something a little different this time. Iâm not going to completely remove the course from being purchasable on March 16th. Instead, at 8 p.m. EST on March 16th, the course will still be available but Iâm going to wipe out much of the content and raise the price.

Iâm also extending the launch period to 12 days (instead of the seven days Iâve done in the past) to give everyone more time to get it.

So, if you purchase the course during its 12-day launch period between March 5th and March 16th, hereâs what you get if you purchase the course during that time:

– The entire course (seven hours of video content plus lots of supplemental material) at an investment of $1,197.

– The five free video and audio bonuses which is several hours of additional audio and video content (described here).

– The optional add-on course called Getting Your Alpha 2.0 Business Started Right. This is a combination of both add-on courses from the old version of the business course as well as my consultant course. For an additional $897 youâll get:

  • 3.5 hours of extra video lessons on how to get your Alpha 2.0 business started.
  • An extra lesson on setting up your product funnel.
  • 2 hours of audio lessons on how to discover your hidden marketable skills and how to manage your time in your business if you already have a job.
  • Additional lessons on how to find your niche.

If instead you wait until after March 16th to purchase the course, all youâll get is the course by itself, and it will cost $200 more at a price of $1,397. Higher cost, no bonuses, and no add-on course option.

Will there be an installment plan?

I really did not want to do this because it creates a lot of extra bookkeeping and customer service work for my staff. However, we’ve had a lot of guys email in and ask for this. So, hell, what I might do on Thursday when the course is released is offer a 2 or 3 payment plan, but only for 72 hours over the weekend and then remove that option Sunday night or Monday. That might be workable.

If I decide to do that I will let you all know ASAP. Just remember that if I do that the total price youâd pay will be higher than the one-payment option, so you wonât save any money but youâll lock-in all the bonus content if you can’t afford the entire payment right now. Also remember that you don’t get access to any content in the course until you make your final payment.

The course and all the other content go on sale at 4 p.m. EST on this Thursday March 5th right here.

More on this soon.
