According to various studies, the official answer to âWhat age is a man at his physical peak?â is anywhere from his late 20’s to his early 30’s.

After that age point, a manâs physical strength will usually decline throughout the remaining years of his life, unless he decides to use TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) or HGH (Human Growth Hormone) to keep his body functioning like a younger man.

Different Men, Different Peaks

Different men, different peaks

Younger men typically have more strength and stamina, but there is no exact age where every man is at his physical best because people live out their life in different ways.

Take for example, a man who spends most of his youth focused on being a top-notch athlete and being in great physical shape.

Yet, when he leaves school and gets a job, he might stop participating in sports, spend most of his time sitting down at a desk at work and then sitting on a sofa when he gets home and may also fail to stick to a healthy diet.

As a result, he will naturally start losing muscle mass due to his lack of physical activity and his âphysical peakâ will have ended by the time heâs in his early to mid 20’s.

On the other hand, another guy might spend most of his youth being in poor physical shape because he doesn’t play sports or exercising and has an unhealthy diet.

Then, at the age of 40 or 50, if he starts to take his health and fitness seriously, he will inevitably begin to build (or re-build) muscle mass and he will be in the best shape of his life, (i.e. at his âphysical peakâ).

So, although science can predict what is supposed to happen in your body at different ages throughout your life, your physical peak will probably have more to do with how you live your life.

Ultimately, your daily choices will add up over time to determine whether reach your highest potential as a man, whether that be that physically, mentally, spiritually or sexually.

When it Comes to a Woman’s Attraction For a Man, Most Men Only Get Better With Age

This is one of the best things about being a manâ¦

Unlike women who tend to lose their value on the dating market as they grow older, men just seem to get better and more attractive to women over time.

According to multiple studies, it seems that men are programmed to be attracted to young and attractive women, because attractiveness and youth in a woman is a sign of good health and by association, good fertility.

Essentially, men want a woman who will be able to have multiple, healthy and attractive offspring; therefore, ensuring the best chances for his genetic lineage to continue into the future.

This is why, a woman loses her value on the dating market the older she gets. Men simply stop feeling the instinctive attraction for her that she would have got when she was in her late teens, 20s and 30s.

On the other hand, science has been able to prove that a manâs maturity actually plays in his favor in the dating scene, because unlike women who are fertile only for a short period of time, men who are older and are still around (in the past, most men would be dead before they even made 30 because of all the tribal wars, civil wars, world wars and random murders) are displaying how strong there genes are.

Essentially, if a guy makes it into his 40s or 50s and is living a good life, to a woman this indicates that he must be genetically superior to other guys to have survived this long.

It sounds weird, but attraction is weird.

A woman’s attraction to a man being older and more mature might seem weird or “creepy” to guys who don’t understand how attraction works, but it’s just nature.

If you don’t know how a woman’s attraction for a man REALLY works, then I recommend that you watch this videoâ¦

As you will discover in my video above, most women feel attracted to men for different reasons than we men feel attracted to women.

The majority of guys in this world assume that women are mostly interested in a guy’s looks, so if he isn’t in peak physical condition, he might as well pack up and go home.

Yet, that’s the case at all.

Women can be attracted to men for all sorts of reasons (e.g. confidence, masculine vibe and behavior, charisma, making her laugh and feel good around him, his determination to succeed in life, etc).

Here’s the thing that a lot of guys forget because the majority of us now live in cities with supermarkets, smartphones and carsâ¦

A Manâs Attractiveness to a Woman is Mostly About His Ability to Help Her Survive

For most of human history and even to this day, surviving, thriving and prospering in life hasn’t been easy for most humans.

It’s very easy to forget that for 99.9% of human history, there were no supermarkets, smartphones or sofas.

As a result, women have developed hard-wired instincts that urge them to couple up with a guy who is going to be capable of helping her survive, thrive and prosper.

This is why you will often see beautiful women who are in perfect physical condition, with a guy who is overweight.

To some guys, they look at that women like that and think, “What is she doing with him?” but it’s pretty simple: He is making her feel attracted in deep, instinctive ways that override her superficial preference for a guy with muscles and six pack abs.

Yes, she might go around saying, “I want a guy with six pack abs and a perfect body,” but that doesn’t mean she can’t feel attracted to other men for more fundamental reasons that are linked to her survival (e.g. he is masculine, he gets along well with others, he is determined to succeed in life, etc).

What a lot of guys don’t realize is that women can be attracted to guys who are in shape and those who arenât. Of course, not all women are willing to be with a guy who is overweight, skinny or not in peak physical condition, but the truth is that MANY women are.

For most women, the attraction that she feels for a man is not based on whether he is at his physical peak or not. Why?

Although a manâs physical peak would have been beneficial to a woman in the past where a man was required to hunt and protect her and their offspring from dangerous predators or bad men, in the modern world, a man doesnât need to be able to fend off saber tooth tigers, invading tribes or gun wielding cowboys.

To protect a woman in todayâs world, a man needs to rise up and reach for his true potential as a man in a way that is going to ensure that he can survive, thrive and prosper in this world.

For example: If a guy loves playing computer games and works in a dead end job just so he can pay the bills, a woman isn’t going to feel safe being coupled up with him for life.

However, if he takes game playing seriously and makes a career of it, then she can feel safe knowing that he is spending his time on something that will ensure he can survive, thrive and prosper in this world.

A man who is at his physical peak doesnât necessarily guarantee that he can protect a woman in the way she needs to feel safe in todayâs world, or that he will be able to succeed in life and therefore be able to provide for her and their offspring, if they decide to have any.

In todayâs world, it is impossible to accurately say at what age a man is at his physical peak, and hereâs whyâ¦

Many Modern Men Are Defying the Odds

It’s pretty obvious that guy in their 20s and 30s are usually in much better physical condition that men in their 40s and 50s, but that doesn’t mean the older guys have to pack up and go home.

For example, at the time of writing this post:

  • Steve West is an American swimmer who at the age of 40, qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in two events.
  • Raymond Moon is 83 years old and he is the worldâs oldest competitive bodybuilder.
  • Kim Collins is a track and field sprinter from Saint Kitts and Nevis, who holds the record of being the oldest man to run a sub 10 second 100 meter race. At age 39 years and 69 days, and he continues to break his own record every time he races.
  • Floyd Joy Mayweather, Jr. is an American professional boxer, who retired undefeated at the age of 38, after having won 12 world titles and the lineal championship in 4 different weight classes.
  • 95 year old Svend Stensgaard, from Denmark can powerlift 290 pounds â and all this after having had a heart attack a few years ago.

Basically, the list can go on and on, because men are no longer being held hostage by what is supposed to be the norm in physical strength and performance.

For example: Studies conducted by Age UK and the University of Manchester and published in the British Medical Journal, have established that nearly 70% of men aged between 70 and 90 are still having fulfilling sex lives.

No doubt they have Viagra to thank for that, but hey â they are still getting laid â go grandpa!

These days, a lot of older men are getting married or having children, well after what is supposed to be their physical sexual prime.

Celebrity examples include:

  • George Clooney who married a woman 17 years his junior at the age of 53.
  • Bruce Willis who became a father (again) at the age of 59.
  • Steve Martin who became a father for the first time at the age of 67.

Non-celebrity examples include me. I recently married my sexy girlfriend who is 15 years younger than me (she was 20 when we met and I was 35) and we’re now trying to start a family. She’s now 23 and I’m 38.

Wherever you look today, you will see evidence that your age as a man is no barrier to the success you can have with your career, with women and in life in general.

Age is Just a Number

The question, âWhat age is a man at his physical peak?â no longer has the typical answer that it would have in the past.

Itâs very easy to complain and make excuses about why you canât do âthisâ or âthat,â or why you canât have the women you really want, but thatâs just a waste of time and energy.

Rather than worrying about whether or not youâve passed your physical peak, focus instead on going after what you really want in life without holding back â be it a new job, a physical goal like losing weight, or achieving a physical feat, or getting a hot woman â the choice is yours.
