long term relationship

A long term relationship (LTR) is typically when a man and woman pledge exclusivity to one another. The key here is that the two people involved have good chemistry and a strong connection with each other, so much so that they don’t wish to see other people while they are together. The relationship will be a sexual one and will involve more responsibility than that of a casual sexual relationship, such as being FWBs.

In a long term relationship, both the man and woman are expected at some stage to meet their partner’s friends and family, which differs from a casual relationship. There will also be more regular contact and the couple is expected to do more things together outside of the bedroom. There should also be no game playing or ‘pick-up’ techniques being used at this stage.
