By some ridiculous stroke of luck, both my roommates are leaving the city to go back to their respective home towns for the summer since apparently they're both very home sick, so I've got my apartment to myself until mid August. One is already gone and the other is leaving within the hour so today is day 1 of this.

So TRP, what the hell should I do with myself?

Here's what I've got so far:

  • No porn, no fapping

  • No video games

  • No alcohol, at all.. or drugs for that matter.

  • Yoga/Meditation everyday

  • Going to completely change my food situation - getting rid of the bad shit (Mr Noodles, etc.) and going to buy food with a focus on gaining [healthy] weight and increasing my energy.

  • Starting some sort of workout routine, either getting a gym membership or just doing bodyweight exercises at home, or both.

  • Focusing on work and hobbies rather than being unproductive

My goals are quite generalized and I think I should be more specific with them but I don't know where to start there. I know where I want to end up but not exactly sure how to get there. With these 3 months I plan on completely changing my habits, my thinking and my mindset towards life and I'd really like some input on how I can best utilize this time effectively.
