Hey all,

A question for those that have or are currently doing Stronglift 5x5 routine it definitely seems like the go to program for a beginner like myself. After fucking around in the gym for the past 2 months, yes I have lost 20 lbs but having no real routine...the last thing I want to do is lose motivation.

Is this a good program to follow if I am trying to not only build muscle but lose weight?

Thanks brothers. Remember to never get comfortable.

EDIT: I guess I should also add that I have been eating at a calorie deficit - starting this program I assume that I should not anymore?
