So recently a few days before my birthday I found out I have Chiari Malformation by accident. Was getting an MRI for my c-spine after constant pain from lifting with good form.

After doing tons of research about it, it sounds like eventually my life is going to take a shit turn and will require some sort of brain surgery. Im not sure what the outcome of that would be but it seems life altering.

Unfortunately Lifting seems out for good. I will maintain trying to do HIIT and other forms of cardio with light weights for as long as I possibly can.

For those of you who have some rare condition how do you get through your day to day? Anything you read or anything that may help mentally dealing with your condition?

I realize frame control is paramount for me at this point. I have been in a LTR for 2 years its been great but I doubt i will tell her about this unless shit starts getting really bad (at least letting her know i have a condition but nothing else) Im aware its just my turn so if she leaves because of knowing of my condition I dont think I would feel bad honestly.

So before I keep on rambling advice or tips on how to stay positive during bad times?
