I met a girl off tinder that goes to the same university as me. I live in a college town. Within the first 2 messages I asked her for her number and she gave it up no hesitation.
I texted her giving her a date, place, and time and she said she didn't know what classes she had on that day so she'd have to get back to me with her schedule and let me know. I assumed flake but low and behold she got back to me a few hours later telling me what day works best for her. I set up a date for that day and she agreed.
I noticed however that she was responding to my texts extremely quickly even though I would take a few hours to respond since I was busy and also left her on read once or twice. However she kept on asking me questions about myself and where I lived and shit like that. Texting is for logistics only so that's what I tried to do yet she kept asking me questions wanting to know about me. Eventually I just said I'll see you wednesday and she said ok see ya.
Did I handle this correctly? I prefer to do things in person. Don't be a texting buddy. If she wants to get to know me she can in person when we meet.
