I know many others have had these types of discussions, but I haven't seen anything recently, and none of those discussions seemed to hit on the crux of my question.

TRP philosophy suggests that acceptance of evidence and rational argument should prevail in one's mind. Making irrational decisions due to uncontrolled emotions is blue pill, or at least in line with AWALT tendencies.

Dogmatic religions, such as christianity, present a form of reality (miracles and internal biblical contradictions) that cannot be reconciled with our reality -- or at the very least, provide no rational basis to believe.

Most of us in western countries grew up with christianity. It was part of our daily life, whether overtly or in undertones. Very few of our parents raised us agnostic until we reached a certain age and level of critical thinking in order to present the various religions (or not) and let us decide from there. As such, we were indoctrinated into a certain way of thinking just like society has indoctrinated us into an anti-TRP way of thinking.

Then comes TRP, which has opened our eyes in so many ways. Then why are true red pillers still religious? The stories of the bible or quran are ridiculous and far-fetched to any rational adult hearing them for the first time.

Jesus turned inorganic water molecules into partially organic wine molecules?? That is fucking amazing! Why aren't we studying the quantum mechanical ramifications of such an amazing event? Well, because it didn't fucking happen. I'm not saying that to make anyone cry because they somehow feel I am attacking them rather than just the teachings of christianity. I'm saying, wake the fuck up. TRP has awakened you to a new way of thinking. Now apply that shit to ALL aspects of your world.

Unless god himself came down and unequivocally spoke to you (and not while you were dreaming), then you probably have no good reason to believe in any particular religion. (Yes, you can still believe in a god in the general sense.) And even if god himself spoke to you, at least recognize that maybe, just maybe, you were mistaken. Or maybe he really did. But don't be surprised when I think you're full of shit.

TL;DR - If your religion lacks sufficient evidence and a rational basis for belief (and not just emotional ties because it was hammered into your head since you were a baby), then not even questioning your faith in that religion is blue pill.

EDIT: While you all are certainly free to express yourself with downvotes, I would hope that you are not doing so because you are unable to present a response to my statements. If it's the latter, with all due respect why don't you sack the fuck up and respond or at least take a moment to question your emotional commitment to these fictional and objectively ridiculous stories. Or continue to be red pill in all other aspects of your life besides this. It's your life. It's your delusion.
