OK, I know this isn't really a TRP question but since the red pill is also about fitness, I'll shoot.
I eat 4-5 meals a day to gain weight, I'm an ectomorph. I ate in the morning, then afternoon, before training and after training at 10 at night when I finished. I skipped the Last meal so I ate at 3 am at night.
Is this fine or will it become fat? I hardly gain any fat but in the past due to excess eating and training I also got some around the abdominal area.
