Whenever I'm doing good, following a routine etc, there eventually comes a point where I just want to do something "fun" or "braindead", and because of this, I revert shortly back to instant gratification like video games, below-average youtube compilations and other equally not beneficial "hobbies" if you can even call them that.

So I'm wondering - what "braindead" positive things can you do while you are bored? The "barely not bored" category for me would include reading a book, but I'd like some suggestions that are a bit more on the spectrum of "less think", but which are also not really detrimental or make you addicted.

So what are your suggestions? Perhaps something that you guys already do?
