I figured out I have egg intolerance
I ate 4 boiled eggs for breakfast the other morning and had a host of symptoms. I never knew it was a thing, just would put a raw egg in a protein shake and feel bloated or other little things but this 4 raw egg has made it obvious
I’ve done some research online and apparently it’s a sign that I lack in an enzyme “protease” which is important in breaking down and digesting protein properly
Internet says eat pineapple and papaya to increase this enzyme. Ok.
It also says cheese but not what sort of cheese. Anyone got more info on protease rich cheese?
Anything else I should be aware of? Any other food which is rich in protease? Is there something in my diet which kills the enzyme? Is yakult or something able to help?
Any info appreciated
