Her finding out you read a book isn't an issue. But let's be honest, you read a book and then decided you wanted a break. Now it adversely affects her. It's your actions she has a problem with.

If you started to game her more, treat her differently, be more of the alpha father and partner, she would love it. Instead you've decided to leave her to spin plates. She wasn't wrong in her terminology for what you were doing.

Stop focusing on her reaction and focus on your actions and your life. You decided to leave her and of course she's going to be mad about that. Your actions have consequences and I'm not saying they are wrong, but you better be prepared for them.

This likely stems from a loss in leadership. The comment from her needs more detail but there could be two things going on. A shit test, or a comfort test. Often the comfort test comes in the form of a shitty-comfort test.

She maybe balking at the new found leadership, or she may fear for her place in your life. Comfort tests tend to be focused on her. In your case she could be saying "Where is my place in this?"

Ultimately you need to watch her actions. Did she pack all her shit and leave? Or did she stomp around the house and huff and puff when you got home? Watch what she does, not says. And for god sakes don't text back to a fucking message like that.

Yeah thats the thing...I was alpha when I met her, we had kids. I let myself go, drinking not lifting didnt even no the difference between blue and red pill. My brother gave me the book and it changed me back to who I was in the beginning of the relationship.
