It is actually quite simple. Incels are so full of bad mental patterns that they won’t even bother changing a thing about themselves. They have this vision of Chad, who’s this godlike figure with a six figure salary and facial genetics of a greek god. It’s quite easy to get jealous if that’s today’s standard (it’s not).

I think it’s pretty shallow to live a materialistic life filled with chasing girls you don’t even like and chasing cars you never drive - when you’ve actually got a few free hours.

Today on the frontpage of Reddit I saw a picture, it said ‘Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it’ That resonated so much, I mean we can all agree on the decline of the music industry the past few years because hot Instagram musicians with a million likes became the new standard.

Incels lack a purpose in life and are afraid to take action. They rather keep each other company and go from self pity to a circle pity.

I'm not an incel so it's hard to relate to them.

All I know is that when I wasn't fucking women and wanted to be fucking women it was because I was socially a moron and refused to come out, I refused to work on myself, and I blamed my job, my life schedule, my family and I didn't start having a good time till I fixed those things.

It was very easy for me but it wasn't instant it took years. I think the main thing they are fighting is the time investment with low reward in between. It's a long hard crappy climb just to get rejected for 1000+ approaches. It takes a long time to figure it out.

I think people who have less to often just don't get the rewards of others. This counts for jobs and everything else. Life is just much less forgiving for these people. Plenty of reasons why and you can only fix so much before you top out. No one is really reaching that peak, and anyone that is, probably is still not satisfied.

Assumptions from a different place, what I know is that those at the bottom don't want to be there, but we can't all be on top and that's life.

I don’t think that incels are entirely wrong. Throughout most of human history, the majority of women have passed on their genes, while less than one in ten men passed on their genes.

Monogamy was a strictly enforced societal norm that changed that, and let all men have a stake in the future. I believe we are going back to only a few men with the majority of women, and I think that will be disastrous. And I don’t think working out and learning game will help everyone. The face, height, and frame all play important roles in raw attraction, which this sub tends to hamster away.

What bores me about the "incel debate" is everybody is right, and everything one is saying the same thing. None of it is new or interesting.

Of course incels are mentally deranged loser who need to get the head of out of the ass and fix themselves.

But the question is: What causes incels? Because shouting at incels to stop being lame might work at some, but I think the vast majority won't change because you told them they should, after all, they are already self loathing.

The interesting question is: what social phenomena lead to the rise of incels, and is it possible to stop it.

Any moron can point out a problem, and a society full of depressed angry men is a problem, but very little can point out a practical solution. Telling these guys to stop sucking won't work. Anymore then telling people not to be fat cures the obesity epidemic.

Humans are animals. All animal behaviour is the sum of it's genetics plus its environment, our genetics haven't changed(well maybe we have more autism), so what changed in our environment to make so many men like this?

Is it the rise of single motherhood? Is it the rise of the internet as a breeding ground for cultures of pity and self loathing? Is it the easy availability of pornography and video games that distracts men for gaining the necessary social skills? Is the decline of religion and cultural enforced monogamy?

Telling neckbeards to stop being neckbeards might make people feel good inside, but it won't do anything to actually reverse the trend that's allegedly bothering them.

Just a though experiment: say in a "culturally enforced monogamy" the top 20% of men are desirable but 80% of them get married. In a "modern society" only the top 5-10% of men are truly desirable and only about 50% of them get into a marriage.

The number of men who feel desired is ~2:1 between those cases, and the number of blue-pilled men who realistically expect to find a stable marriage is also about ~2:1 between the two scenarios. Obviously the two scenarios would create a different number of incels.

You can't possibly argue that a workplace where the rate of promotions to more stable/better paid positions is visibly higher is not going to create a more enticing environment for newcomers to work harder and aim for a promotion at some point.

As someone who used to relate a lot to Incels, and still can kind of get behind their more sane points (like most women being th0ts), a lot of their stuff is misguided. Yes, ugly men have it harder with women. Not a shocker. However, you don't need to be "Chad" to get laid or even be a slayer. In fact, most of the slayers from my old high school were average or even slightly below. It really comes down to dominance. Yeah, obviously better looking men have it easier, but that doesn't mean just because you're below average looking you can't become a "chad".
